The readiness of the employees to solve problems. The wi-fi network was very stable (compared to other hotels). The breakfast was good and complete. They allowed me to leave the baggage at the end of last day, after check-out.

The rooms are very, VERY small - you couldn't even manage to completely open the baggage on the floor because there was not enough space. The windows are crap. At the first day, there was only hot water in the shower (I left the shower with my skin burned...) There is no good sound isolation in the room. At breakfast there was always this annoying woman checking for your room number, to see if you have paid for the breakfast (as if I was a drug dealer...). The room worked with an access key card and the power would go down when removing the card - this means that you couldn't leave your shaving machine charging during the day...

The room and facilities were good according to price. In other words, good value for money. Nothing exceptional though.

If we did not open the widow while turn on the air conditioner , we can hardly breath.

Friendly and efficient staff. There was a good sized bathroom with a well- proportioned walk-in shower.

The cleaning staff could be a bit noisy in the mornings but I guess they were only getting on with their work.

That the room I was staying at had no view to outside. There was a hall in front the window.

The hotel is located in a very good position to visit the city. In fact at about 100 mt from the hotel there is the metro stop Urgell and the stop of the aerobus. The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful, especially Luis! The rooms are quiet and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Liked location and the friendly staff. Was easily accessible for the main sights and provided everything you need for a good, well priced city break

The location is really good, taking into account the Airbus is on the next street. The rooms are simlple, even small, but they are clean and for two nights is acceptable. The staff is very helpfull.

The only negative is the size of the room and there was not enough air. The central airconditionling was on heating mode (you can't change it) and we were not able to open the window/door, as it was leading to a large common terrace. During the night there was not enought air in the room and was uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a location easy to travel around the city. The reception staff were excellent in providing information and dealing with any requests. I would use this hotel again.

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were small but had everything necessary. Despite being on a good sized street, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. Papers were available. You can leave your suitcases there for the rest of the day after checking out free of charge. Everywhere was very clean.

We could have done with better directions for the quickest way there from the metro station. And a second key to the room would have been helpful.

The room was clean and the value for money excellent(near the center and metro station).The twin and the triple room was big and with nice beds.

The front room had little noice from the road.

Great location. An excellent staff. Everything is fine in the room. And in general - relax - you're in Barcelona, walking rather than sitting in a hotel!

This is my 2nd time to Del Comte Hotel, the location is perfect closed to the metro station (Urgell) and down town , people who loves walking 15 mins max to Catalunya sq. Or La Rambles St. Or may be less, a super market closed to the hotel. The price for 3 stars hotel or might be rated as a 2 stars at booking.com is perfect. Definitely I'll recommend this hotel for couples and families. The good thing also the (Aero bus) that takes you from - to the airport will drop you off at Urgell Station. :)
