My wife and I stayed here in the beginning of our European honeymoon. It was in a perfect location...two short blocks from the beach and in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. The reception staff during the day and evening were professional and courteous. The room was excellent as was the Jacuzzi on the roof. We had a balcony with a view which was nice to relax on. The girls running the cafe/bar attached to the hotel were nice and helpful with touring tips. Our favorite aspect each day was the fabulous included breakfast..freshly made eggs, sausages, gourmet pasteries, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffees, cava and wine...name it and they had it! Yum! Also the man in the suit around the hotel in the morning hours (manager?) was nice.

The towels in the bathroom were horribly old and cheap. They left white towel lint ALL over our body, face, hair and transferred to clothes. It was difficult to get off our faces. The wifi in the room was too weak to use on the top floor where our room was but was stronger on lower floors so we had to sit in the lobby to use the wifi. The man at the reception desk at night was not as warm and friendly when we walked in as the other staff was.

I loved the location. Both Tossa de Marr it's self and the Delfin in the heart of town 1 block back from the beach. The parking is not on site, but you can unload at the door then park around the corner for a small fee.

Great value and friendly staff.

Great location near to beach, clean and comfortable. Evening buffet was excellent vaue and enjoyable and breakfast plentiful also. Staff went out of their way to find gluten free bread & food for my wife even though there were plenty of gluten free choices on the buffet. For the money you can't go wrong with this one. The hotel is doing its very best to keep their guests happy which is a big plus for any hotel. Well done.

Location, city centre but quiet at night. Fresh fruit salad at breakfast.The very comfortable bed.

The bar closed at 11.00pm, very poor for a four star hotel. The breakfasts were cold, first day was bacon and fried eggs, bacon was stone cold, there were no tomatoes or beans but an extensive buffet ( continental style), the second day it was bacon and spanish ( complete with potatoes) omelette?? We did not eat there the following two mornings. I do not know how the hotel gets a four star rating, at best I would think a three and that would be for location

There was o beach outlook but a lovely spacious room. Good breakfast. Easy walking to everything.

Only drawback is parking a good walk from hotel and 14 euros/day

I recently stayed at the Delfin Hotel to celebrate my parents golden wedding anniversary along with other family and friends. The hotel is immaculately clean with a modern interior. It is conveniently located close to the beach in the lovely resort of Tossa De Mar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in high standard accommodation. In my opinion it fully deserves its 4 star rating

I think that breakfast could be improved. Food was often luke warm.

We didnt feel very welcome in the catering area. We have a baby and I had to go quickly to the small kitchen area where we had the breakfast to wash and sterilise the bottles, I never took more tan 10 minutes and If I spilled any water I always cleaned it but the woman with glasses in charge of the breakfast area didnt seem to be pleased at all. You felt like being watched at all times. My friend stayed over for a night with her husband and baby and at the breakfast time she went quickly to wash the bottle, then I heard the supervisor talking to herself "Como que estan en su cocina"" . she behaved so unprofessional!!. The second night or third that we stayed at the hotel we decided to have dinner at the hotel. We knew that our tariff just included breakfast but as there was nobody having dinner we thought it would be allright to have dinner at the hotel and pay on the final bill. As soon as we got there, the woman in charged of the catering said to us: vosostros no teneis cena incluida," then I said to her that we knew but if it was okay to have dinner and pay later, then she said we should have told that long in advanced, she was so rude that she didnt make us feel comfortable at all. Then we left to have dinner somewhere else.
