Evening meals superb quality and choice. Good sized rooms. Very clean

Didn't feel the left luggage was very secure would have prefered the room to have been locked.

Clean hotel with excellent facilities, good friendly staff and good food. Large rooms with a good sized balcony.

In a quiet but handy location very good pool and clean Food- good fresh salads etc.and fish,. But frozen chips and some meats not too good nice casual atmosphere rooms large and clean

No Mattresses for the sunbeds which made them very uncomfortable The entertainment was a very poor standard although there was plenty in local bars. Frozen chips

Great hotel for families, lots of play areas for kids and good choice of food for them at meal times.

The location was not a problem for us, but it may be for some people as it is a bit out of town, but this fact is advertised and there are buses and plenty of taxis if walking is not an option

stayed there once before but thought we'd give it one more chance. reception always understaffed and some of staff on reception ignorant and dismissive generally.

This hotel was very good indeed. We stayed half board and the food was excellent in quality, choice and quantity. I would definitely go again. It's close enough to the town without any noise or hassle. Parking was easy on the road outside the hotel. We didn't use the pools but they looked good and clean. The staff were very friendly and all seemed to speak English which is always helpful. They were helpful and efficient. The room was big and bathroom clean and well refreshed each day. All in all a very good hotel.

Exellent service. Very good value. Pity there are not any information packs in the room to advise facilities available. We were too late to use the indoor pool etc as we did not realise it was sepate from the spa etc.

Spa and pool areas were very good

the food was good but was the same menu was the same every other night most of the staff wer very freindly but there are some that could improve this

I took my grandaughters to Benidorm for one night to swim in the afternoon and to go to Benidorm Palace for the show in the evening and this Hotel is the perfect base and just a 5 min. walk to the show .

I liked the location as it was in a quiet part of town, with an easy bus ride or walk into town and beach and good nightlife spots, including Benidorm Palace. Nice spacious rooms with a good size balcony, comfortable beds, decent bathroom with plenty of hot water. I liked the fact that it was fairly modern and low rise so not too many rooms and plenty of loungers around the spacious sunny pool area. It was good value for money. Jose, who ran the Animacion for adults and children was very friendly.

Apart from one or two members of hotel staff, I did not feel that this was a very welcoming or friendly hotel.

The hotel is located in a residential area of low rise development on the outskirts of Benidorm. The is plenty of free street parking in the streets at the side and rear of the hotel and it is easy to travel to and from the main routes between Alicante and Valencia, as well as access to places of interest in the nearby mountains. We were on a walking holiday and with the benefit of a hire car, found this location to be excellent. There is also an excellent local and regular bus service into town, the Levante beach and to neighbouring Altea from right outside the hotel

We had no complaints but British families or couples who enjoy hotel entertainment would not be likely to enjoy the type of events held at the Deloix. Also the floor tiles in the heated indoor pool are extremely slippery and quite dangerous.
