the infinity pool and spa closeness to the Benidorm palace

Going to a show at Benidorm Palace - close by + recommended by friends. Did not use any facilities except b/fast and parking - both very good. Would come back again to the hotel and would recommend it to my friends.

The food was pretty dreadfull. Especially the evening meal. Cold and unimaginative. The worst I have had for a 4 star hotel in Benidorm. Definately wont be going back, or recommending this hotel to anyone.

the hotel was great for all of us 2 matures 2 mum/dad 1 15 year old and one 3 year old the food was good and the amenities were great

the outside pool was A bit cold, and there could have been some sort ot mattress for the sun loungers

The room was very nice and clean. Also dinner and breakfast are ok. Very godd Hotel for that price!

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Children's water play area was very good. Fodd was very good.

Entertainment at night was very poor. Indoor pool was not very clean and smelt a little.

Having stayed there last year, we still found the hotel well worth 4stars, though would not stay during holiday times again i.e. easter as there were too many children if you wanted peace and quiet, but out of holiday times, fairly quiet and relaxing.

didn't like the lack of proper clothes hangers.

Hotel bedrooms were clean, well designed and comfortable.

Buffet food. We only had the breakfasts but although there was quite a lot of choice, the cooked food was not great.

The room was big, clean and had a huge balcony. There are loads of facilities, e.g. tennis courts, pools and a gym. The food was excellent, staff efficient. We would definitely stay again, it was brilliant.

The standard is consistent. The ethos of the hotel is totally visitor friendly. Staff are wonderful. It was lovely to be recongnised this time and to pick up where we left off.

Beniform! Would have preferred to be able to use WiFi in my room not the main area and bar.

Good location friends have caravan on villimar so very handy very impressed with service appreciated late meal when we eventually arrived and also early breakfast made available

The quiz was in spanish! Could have done english as well as they did for the bingo

The price in the room stated breakfast was 6 euros, but it was actually 10. Not a problem but information should be correct.

We went for a 4 day break at xmas. 24-28. Lovely modern hotel. Spacious,clean &friendly. Entertainment each night at 22.00. Children were entertained by a resident entertainer. Pool/jacuzzi(2) free. Towel hire 9€, receive 8€ when you return it. Buffet food great variety of fresh food. Meals @7.30-10. 13.30-13.00. 19.30-21.30. You will not be hungry!!!! Spa in the basement additional charge. 10€ jacuzzi, sauna, steam, power shower, ice treatment. Hire obligatory rubber socks & cap 5€. Or take your own. Caps used in pool as well. Easy street parking. Very comfortable stay. Tv in room uou can connect game consoles/videos for the children. Hairdryer in room. Would recommend.

Fully inclusive did not include drinks with meals. Breakfast there was coffee/tea & juice. You buy drinks at each meal. If you buy wine/ bottle they will reserve it to be drunk at next meal. No tea/ coffee facilities in room. We took our kettle. Mini bar fridge if you want to store milk.

We think the food choices could be improved on for the main courses, also disapointed that there was no gala dinner on christmas day.

I found the so called gala lunch terrible, it spoilt our Christmas and when I approached the reception about it they ignored me, I fined paying 60 euros extra was not worth it, just to put it in perspective, we waited 35 mins for a drink with our meal and got one glass each, then when we asked for another was ignored, by 3 o'clock ,we went to find someone to give us another drink they gave us one glass between us, also for a four star hotel, there was a big chip in the bath, plus cockroach, and one of the switches was coming away from the wall, I would not have complained about these things but was so upset about our gala lunch (I have photos of the room)

Near all the main attractions but out of the way of the noise. Very good value for money, would stay there again

Coffee machines in the morning coffee tasted awful ran out of cups all the time and only had orange juice all the others were empty but that was only a minor complaint.

Clean modern rooms. Good Spa facilities, and location.

Food was disappointing, always luke warm. The Christmas Buffet was average. Wi-fi only worked in the main reception.
