Handy for Granada City by bus (No. 33) Clean and comfortable rooms with tasteful decor and good bathrooms. Food ok, usual limited continental breakfast selection. A good find, would return.

Limited English spoken but got by with our rudimentary Spanish. A very steep hill to get to Hotel, not easy to find in the dark. The front door is kept locked at night, so you have to ring for admittance because only one person is on duty for the whole hotel. .

the friendiness and layout seemed like a family run buisness was really clean .

wifi in the rooms would of been better only could ppick up in the corridor then again thats the problem with the playstation generation so its not really a complaint but an option

Lack of drawers in room

Too far from Alhambra if that is your main reason for trip.

The hotel is at the outskirts of Granada in the foothills and with a nice view of the Sierra Nevada. Still it is only 5 kms from the center down an almost straight road leading to a underground parking (don't try driving in the center. Walking is often faster and taxis are dead cheap). They don't have a proper kitchen. Serious food comes from a caterer when ordered in time, Small bites are prepared ok and even served in your room if you want. We had late night food on our lovely balcony. (Only a few rooms have that). Pool small but ok.

The size of the room.

No kitchen, the food comes from catering and you have to order in advanve. The menu is limited.

we did not like the first room we were allocated as it was small and dark and overlooking the street at the back of the hotel. We were told there was no double bedded room with a view so we took a twin which was large, comfortable and had a little balcony with views across to the mountains. Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant lounge, restaurant,bar area with outside terrace. Taxi to Alhambra/ Granada 9 euros. Good value, had a very pleasant 2 night stay.

Pésimo WiFi en la habitación y el piso que teniamos Televisor muy pequeño

El hotel esta muy bien. Ibamos con 3 nenes peques y cogimos la suite. Una idea muy buena. Las cenas en el hotel muy agradables y el personal fantastico.

La cama de matrimonio de la habitacion suite muy blanda, pero despues de un dia esquiando ni lo notas.

Me ha encantado el servicio y la atencion familiar, así como su acogedora estancia.

El trato del personal es excelente.

de personeelsleden waren vriendelijk, maar de oudste dochter was totaal onvriendelijk, eigenlijk schandalig. de kamers waren simpel, maar door het nachtelijk geluid van de receptie en de honden uit de buurt, was het niet leefbaar. geen keuken aanwezig, en als eten besteld werd, werd er iets anders geleverd...

Me ha gustado bastante la ubicación ya que esta pegado a Granada. Buenas vistas. Habitación muy amplia.

Si, el supuesto parking que dicen que tienen. aparcas en la calle donde no pone nada que sea del hotel, Incluso el bordillo no esta rebajado. El desayuno un poco escueto.
