    Beautiful rooms with great storage, lovely hotel. Good food and nice pool area. Outside terraces nice in the evening if you want a night off driving!

    Tea and coffee in rooms would have been great. Beds very hard but we asked for mattress toppers which eventually they did provide. More beds needed by pool in high season.

    Good size of the rooms. Parking on the spot. Everything is spacious. The staff is very helpful

    a very poor selection for breakfast -- well below 5 star expectations. A super slow wi-fi with odd ways of signing in. This hotel is a kind of relic from late 90s -- with all the advantages and disadvantages

    Comfortable beds, great air con, spacious rooms, fantastic pool, great staff, great restaurants in the resort, good wifi connection and speed.

    It was a bit far out from Denia town but we had a car so it didn't bother us. It was a 10 minute drive away.

    Location near the golf course. Restaurant choice.

    Extreme hard beds. Early morning Pre occupation of chairs and umbrellas at the swimming pool.

    Everything - service, location, food, facilities, room, staff, ease of parking, views and especially the welcome from the very friendly and helpful reception staff. The Marriott tradition of a glass of cava on arrival is always very welcome. We are looking forward to our next visit.

    The hotel was very clean and pleasant, the 2 pools were lovely. The Spa is really good!!! Well worth the 15 euro deal which was on during our stay. Breakfast was good.

    The pool side menu was not very reasonably priced. I ordered a 10euro platter which turned out to be a plate of fried nuggets, onion rings, and a few other bits. Some of the staff were a little "off" not pleasant nor friendly. The main issue with this hotel was that I booked a particular night as I wanted to eat especially in the Thai restaurant. I was on holiday with my boyfriend in my Mum's villa just round the corner and I wanted to give him a special romantic night away from the family home, I even emailed the hotel before and requested the on duty manager send me the menu in advance for this restaurant. However when we arrived it was a Sunday and the only night the Thai restaurant closed. If I had known this I would of changed the date, as I specifically wanted to have dinner there. This was a massive disappointment. Additionally, I pre-booked the spa at reception for the 15euro deal; However I did not feel my best on the Monday due to lack of sleep on the VERY hard mattress, and I just didn't feel up to it. I did not want to go into much detail but when I approached the lady at reception she was unhelpful and un -sympathetic when I asked for a refund, I was told it was non-refundable, I would lose 15 euro if I did not attend and there was nothing she could. It was very difficult to explain the type of pain I was feeling but her being a women I thought she would understand!!!! She proceeded to ask if I was pregnant when I placed my hand on my stomach trying to explain, it was quite embarrassing. I explained I wasn't, but I was still poorly. She still did not understand and as I did not have 15 euro to lose I just went ahead with the appointment. It turned out the spa was lovely, I just couldn't spend as much time in there as I would of liked. The mattress was like a board far too hard. I will only attend this hotel again for the spa.

    The pool. Breakfast was very good.

    The room was old and needed refurbished or modernized . The location was isolated and we aren't golfers.

    Everything was very good. Excellent breakfast, nice atmosphere, clean, silent, nice personnel and great swimming pool.

    The beds are hard.

    The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. Although this is a golf resort, it is also a great place to relax and the pool area is really good. Fantastic breakfast.

    Everything! The staff, facilities, food were all simply outstanding!

    Perhaps a tennis court would be great for those who don't want to play Golf.

    Loved the spacious accommodation with large wardrobes and storage. We stayed 9 nights so this was really good. Mountain view and pool were great and the Thai restaurant was excellent.

    Shower curtain was a cheap one on a plastic pole and wifi in the room was almost un-connectable. Went to reception and lounge area for this.

    Lovely location and very nice hotel. Reception staff friendly and we were given a welcome glass of cava. The Thai restaurant was excellent, great food and staff. Well equipped gym.

    The breakfast restaurant really lets this hotel down. Unlike the staff on reception the staff were not friendly or helpful. The staff didn't even show you to a table. It was not an easy task to get a coffee with your breakfast. I cannot imagine what it would be like during the busy season! I decided not to ask again for a boiled or poached egg as the elderly lady was clearly very inconvenienced. The quality of the breakfast is also poor with only 1 option of fruit that has been peeled and chopped. I think there is a severe lack of training in this section of the hotel. Apart from the poor customer service the staff were not even dressed smartly. A smile goes a long way! The bar/cafe and pool cafe staff were just average I noticed one of the girls also serving in the breakfast room. We had a suite and the lights went out in our bedroom area. We called reception who sent up someone from maintenance. A guy came to the room immediately and apparently the bedroom lights had tripped but how were we to know that the box was in the room. Once again a smile goes a long way!! Overall customer care should be improved to give more of a 5 star service.

    There is no tea or coffee facility in the rooms....and the evening meals are much much to expenses...every thing else is Great.

    *The food in the restaurant, *The service of ALL the staff was first rate, Very peaceful and quiet

    * Bedside lights all linked to the main light switch which meant that when my wife wanted to sleep and I wanted to read we had problems. * Small plates only available at breakfast. * Having to ask for all the luxury touches one expects i.e. bathrobes etc. * Old fashioned TV, no DVD player.

    The quality of the hotel is undoubtedly 5 stars. Staffs are helpful with a great service mind. The relaxing environment is the main factor for me to select again and again this hotel for our vacation.

    We had been robbed en-route and the police called ahead to ask the hotel to keep our room. On arrival 12 hours late the duty manager was very sympathetic and immediately arranged complimentary breakfast - a nice touch

    We were moving house and needed a place to relax 5star treatment cava on arrival no hassle spa,love meal and cosy room.It was so good we stayed two nights...only way to move house..stay at The Marriot
