Score from 678 reviews Very good
Very centrally located. Convenient for buses and taxis. Clean tidy rooms. Rooftop sitting area.
Breakfast area rather basic.
Staff was very good and helpful. Can't beat the location, good cafe's and shopping....
Breakfast was so-so... Good cafe's in the same block... Room was very noisy...Get one not on the side of the street.... Bed was small for two people. Room was also very small. BUT GOOD LOCATION AND STAFF!!!! Would stay there again.
Great value. Good location. Highly recommended.
Location; P-garage close to the hotel. Unloading luggage in front of hotel possible. Friendly staff will show you the way to the P-garage. Very good Q/P and taking that into account is the hotel to be recommended for a city trip!
Basic hotel but value for money!
It was what required for city break
Walls to thin hear all noises
Nice hotel, very good breakfast, even thought we saw a lot of places where we could est without purchasing breakfact which is 9 euro/per. Perfect location. Everytwhere within walking distance. Friendly staff. We would definetely stay there again.
We asked for a double bed and were given one, but the bed was a little small.
the location was brilliant no 32 bus from train station last stop right outside hotel and just round corner on way back, hotel lovely room very roomy
good location, everything in walking distance, parking garage nearby...
breakfast could be better...
Easy location to explore the old town and with some great food in the surrounding streets plus taxis and buses at the square opposite.
Hotel was dark and generally run down. Persistent smell of smoke everywhere and extremely noisy plumbing / lift made sleep almost impossible. Despite location, wouldn't stay again.
Location, large room, clean, reccommend the hotel!
The receptionists not quite polite
The location is just a short walk to the sights and right next to the main shopping street. Breakfast had a nice variety and good quality. The WiFi was strong and fast. We recommend this hotel.
The beds were a little on the hard side. The interior walls were also thin so you can hear other guests' televisions.
Double thermopane windows totally quieted noise from busy street below. Excellent, helpful staff, nicely furnished room, good decor, well lit. Double (queen) bed rather than typical 2 twins pushed together. Location near great shopping, reasonable restaurants, bars.
Nothing. Would have liked coffee maker in room. Otherwise, perfect
Seville is a very large city with lots to do and the hotel is is in an excellent and central location for most, if not, all of your needs. Hotel Derby is very clean with all the usual required facilities for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My group of travelling friends would all recommend this hotel.
Staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and even volunteered to watch over my motor bike parked in front of the entrance.
Bed was not comfortable.
Easy access to Open Top Bus Tours. Quiet room. Rooftop terrace with sun loungers.
Beds were too hard for us - and we like them firm! No ramp for getting suitcases up steps into hotel. Breakfast buffet not refreshed sufficiently especially fresh fruit.
The hotel was easily accessible with good nearby parking. Many restaurants in the area. 15 mins walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The beds were extremely hard and the room was small and only had one chair. Although a bar was advertised as a resource there wasn't one.
great location spotless clean the room was cleaned and fresh towels every day lovely breakfast i loved going up to the rooftop view was beautiful
Cheerful and comfy room with nice bathroom. Staff very friendly. A huge relief after the ghastly monasterio de los basilios in granada.
The buffet breakfast could have better and fresher, but not a deal breaker.
The location The personel
Nice spacious rooms, with clean bed and bathroom, a good welcome from the receptions staff, and a good central location for sightseeing in Seville.
I slept well, but a light sleeper might find it difficult in view of the fact that the room overlooked a noisy plaza and the night life goes on quite late, however the quadruple glazing went a long way to help
The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is in the city center, easy access from the Santa Justa train station. It has a big 'El Corte Ingles' right on the same square, with a supermarket and everything else you would need. Despite being in the middle of everything, our room had great soundproof windows (double windows) which assured great sleeping time.
Breakfast area can be crowded if the hotel is fully booked, but we had no problem. It is not of the cheapest hotels, specially if you book a weekend. We made a better deal of it by going in weekdays. Anyway, Seville's hotels are usually expensive all year long...
Stayed in the hotel for five nights. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The best thing about this place is its location. El Corte Ingles is right in front of the hotel and many shops and places to eat nearby.
Breakfast could be better.
Breakfast ok Good location Hostal duque is much better its 44 euros and much more comfortable
Small bed No windows in room Grumpy staff
