Restaurant is poor. For a 4* hotel it is surprisingly limited

Not really a problem, but we were a little too warm and had difficulty in adjusting the temperature.

Chose this hotel for a one night stop over as it was near to motorways. Hotel was up to standard, bed very comfortable and room excellent and very good breakfast available. Secure parking available at a cost.

Booked this hotel specifically as it had a restaurant. However, we were informed it did not open on Saturdays and Sundays - so watch your days. There was food available in the nearby Plaza shopping area, but after a long day travelling it was the last place we wanted to visit.

Location & quality of room& hotel.

Restaurant, better called a cafferteria. Absolutely awful service & worse food. Can't actually believe how bad it was.. It's hard to understand how employees can have the attitude of actually disliking there guests & employers so much that they risk losing there jobs. But I honestly think these people should be dismissed immediately. As they will effectually ruin a good hotel. I would recommend this hotel but suggest eating before arrival or phone a pizza etc.

location is good for us, we need to go to madrid so being next to e90 highway is convenient.

cleaness poor, breakfast service not good enough, facility poor as a four star.

We were only using the hotel as an overnight stopover but were impressed with the ambiance, design and modernity of the hotel, the cleanliness of all parts and could find no fault at all. Certainly lived up to the 4* rating.

Staff was very kind to help us to find some place to eat. Location is far from the center of city, but close to airport and very large shopping center with some eating spots.

The room is facing to west, which is heated by evening sun. On the other hand, the air conditioning is not so strong.

The ambiance was very good and the staff were excellent. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Spain and is excellent value for money. Our room was extremely luxurious.

It was well outside the city and there did not appear to be any public transport.

Slightly outside of city and if arriving late then no nearby restaurants. but Pizza delivery available until 11.30pm

Great place for a stop over. Gps couldn't read the new roads but we found it . Good free parking. Good with a car. The cafe attendant was very helpful as was the receptionists.

Well located on the outskirts of Zaragossa and in easy reach of the motorway links which we needed. The hotel is adjacent to a large out of town shopping mall. The hotel is modern with all the necessary convienances

Rooms nicely fitted out - good bathroom with shower and bath.

Air conditioning didn't work during first night - fixed when notified reception. No further problems. Quite noisy - on truck route.
