For dietary reasons, we chose to stay in an apartment. We were surprised by how vast the apartment was, with all facilities. Very clean also, and on an excellent, central location.

The staircase may leave you disappointed, but it's just a passage.

The six rooms apartement where we stayed, located at 123 Girona is very old and very damaged.The price is very high for the accommodation.Beds and linen extremely damaged ,poorly equipped bathrooms not working things and imagine that we have ants in the kitchen so for somebody that wants a good and peaceful stay in Barcelona avoid this location !!!

Could do with a redecorate

Brilliant location just off top of La Rambla but a 'back' appartment so very quiet at night. Felt secure. Bedding and appartment was clean. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Aircon very effective. Felt quite spacious. Lady who met us was really helpful and also quickly sorted a problem for us the next day. Would stay again definitely.

The drains in the bathroom smelt bad. Proabaly city centre old building spanish drainage system to blame. Whole bathroom really needs refitting - bit shabby. There was a loose strip of wood on the floor by the kitchen that we kept tripping over and knocking out of place.

We rented a two bedroom apartment in July. The location was excellent, the kitchen was well equipped.

The bedrooms were very small and poorly furnished. The linens in the bedrooms were old and did not smell fresh, the walls were all marked and dirty. They said that there will be no internet connection which turned out to be very inconvenient, although we did know that renting the place. The apartment said two bedrooms, but then we had to pay 25 euros per night per child extra for 3 nights--makes us wonder why we rent a two bedroom in the first place.

We stayed on Travessera de Grasia, 261. Excellent location despite a bit noisy area. We used transport only when we were tired, because in other case you can walk on foot from Apartments to Sagrada Familia and than to Ciutadella Park. Well-equipped kitchen with a lot of pans, plates, etc. Very funny location of the room (you never know where you will hear a sound) - mostly rooms has more than one exit from one room to another :-). Not modern but quite comfortable bathroom. Regarding staff - very friendly man (staff) met us and told about Barcelona, nearest shops, markets, sights and the most significant events in the city.

Apartment's staff came into our flat when we were out (without informing us), leaving the balcony opened, which actually terrified us (we thought about burglary). We discovered a cigarette on the floor and dirty papers under a bed. The towels looked shabby.

Top location. Staff was super-friendly and gave some precious advices. We would stay there again!
