Dolce Sitges  

Views towards the sea, spacious lounge, good range of pools with sunny and shady options for lounging about.

Distance from Sitges (9euros by taxi) with no other option available in contrast to other hotels who offer bikes or run a minibus service for their guests. Also no other nearby facilities like a small supermarket. The hotel does not offer complimentary drinking water in the rooms, but sell it at over 5 euros a bottle. Very much a conference hotel. During our stay a large conference was taking place which totally dominated the hotel environment.

Staff and view are fantastic

Distance from the city centre and beach. For a 5 star resort, they should offer some sort of shuttle system to and fro from the beach and the city.

Everything!! The staff went the extra mile every time we needed some help, spacious rooms, swimming pools and gardens are amazing, same as the gym and indoor pool. A bit away from the noise in Sitges but if you want to relax and recharge batteries this is the place.

Off season there were no shuttles or public transport to Sitges.

Very nice atmosphere outside of hectic and busy Sitges centre. One staff member in the spa area a bit strict about towel rules although outdoor pool area was not open (a bit guest unfriendly behaviour)

The staff were excellent. The standard of the hotel was superb, very striking to look at, very clean.

Not a complaint, but would be great if the pool bar staff waited on the customers, rather than going to the bar....that would be perfect.

Friendly staff, big & clean rooms.

I would not catalogue this hotel 5* at all and this for several reasons : The resort is huge, but there are no ice machines at the floors, so you need to look for an open restaurant or bar to get some ice, secondly, 3 evenings a week, there is only on restaurant opened. So, you can only eat there, or take a room service ( which we did, and we regretted due to vey low quality )Finally, we had a room with sea view at the 6' floor, and we were disturbed by noise during the day ( trains go by every 10' at a distance of 500m) and during the night ( disco atlantida at 500m makes it impossible to sleep with open window) Certainly both last points are unacceptable, and are a good reason for us never to book here again. I have been staying and working in other Dolce resorts, and I was expecting the regular dolce standard. I was very disappointed not to find this standard at dolce sitges.

Hotel was Amazing - design, service and everything 100% For sure will stay again.

Hotel remarquable sauf le spa et piscine completement dépassé

Le personnel de chambres vous réveille à 9h00 mlgré le panneau, ne pas déranger.scandaleux. Le personnel est très agressif, il fait très froid dans l'hotel, et le jaccuzi estv très petit, donc il faut attendre. La literie est moyenne.

Chambre confortable, lit double très grand, propreté, petit balcon, vu piscine et mer, petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking souterrain.

La piscine intérieure était froide, l’accès internet haut débit payant.
