I stay twice each year en-route from UK to Southern Andalucia in Spain and vice versa. Excellent accommodation,food,location, car parking and staff lead to outstanding value for money. There is nothing that I dislike. You must try it for yourself.

We have used the Don Carlos on several occasions now travelling to Spain and back as we have found it to be clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Half board tariff very good value and food not bad at all (restaraunt doesn't open til 8:00pm). Staff friendly and helpful with usually English spoken at reception. Will use again.

Good ,large room with excellant breakfast. Plenty of parking. Hotel is on the edge of a large industrial estate about 5 kilometers from the city. Very difficult to find without a gps.

Friendly,helpful staff. Room was clean,fresh and simply furnished.Good buffet style breakfast. Nothing. This hotel is some distance from Pamplona city centre and although there is public transport links close-by I think it is more suited for those with a car.

La calidad-precio, fácil aparcamiento, buen trato del personal, buen desayuno, cómodo, siempre teniendo en cuenta la calidad-precio. Habitación un poco pequeña.

De ligging en je kunt er voordelig eten. Een menu del Dia voor slechts 12,50 euro Ligt mooi op route voor mensen die de N121A rijden Eigenlijk niets alleen weer maar een stoel op de kamer waardoor er altijd iemand op het bed moet zitten.

La atención ha sido más que suficiente, me han ayudado en todo lo posible y el trato ha sido acojedor. No he echado en falta ningún servicio. Recomendable. Ciertamente lo peor del hotel es la localización si lo que se pretende es turismo urbano. Pero como allí todo está relativamente cerca para mí no supuso problema alguno porque llevaba vehículo y el parking es gratuito, recogido y con plazas suficientes.

Superbe hotel avec un très beau parc. Très bon accueil ( boissons offertes en attendant que la chambre soit prête soit 10 mn) Très bon diner et petit déjeuner. Laisser la voiture à l'hotel et prendre le bus pour aller visite Pampelune (très bons renseignements auprès de la réception de l hotel) Très bon rapport qualité prix

Las camas de las habitaciones eran pequeñas. Fuimos tres personas: una pareja y yo. Yo creía que sería dos camas de matrimonio pero resultó que eran individuales y pequeñas. La reserva era con entrada al spa. En todo momento pensábamos que dicho spa estaría en el hotel, pues no, estaba un poco lejos y sin el gps no lo hubiéramos encontrado.

El desayuno estaba muy bien,no mucha variedad,pero suficiente y todo buenisimo. Los jardines del hotel estaban muy bien,lo malo es que toodo el finde con bodas. La habitación,aunque pequeña,bastante estrecha,pero muy cómoda. El personal del hotel muy majo,agradable. La habitación pequeña,el baño bastante pequeño tambien. Nos dejamos seducir por los jardines del hotel,pero el hotel en si debaja de desear.. Encima boda viernes,sábado y domingo. La del sábado estuvo la música hasta las 6 de la mañana,por lo que no podiamos abrir las ventanas,ya que hasta cerradas se escuchaba.

Ottimo hotel superiore alla sua categoria, grande giardino, appena fuori dal centro. Vicino al centro di Pamplona, con moltissimi bus che lo collegano o una strada molto rapida per arrivare nella zona della Plaza de Toros. Camere ben attrezzate, moltissime info su citta’ e regione, ottima accoglienza alla reception. La colazione, inclusa e’ buona.
