Loved the location it was fantastic

We didn't see a lot of the cleaners on our trip and had to fin them for lean towels.

The location is right at the front of the Levante beach but at the side of the old town, so you're not near the lager swilling hen and stag parties of the new town. Below the apartments are an array of restaurants and bistros which are not expensive (some cheaper than English eating places)The staff are very helpful, too.

The staff are very friendly, without being intrusive, the apartments have been refurbished since last year, which is a big improvement, the location and view is probably the best in Benidorm , close to the old town for the gay nightlife without the noise of the old town

The wifi security does not allow access to some sites which is a nuisance, some social network sites could not be accessed this needs sorting as it wasn't a problem last year.

Next to the beach. Decent size room. Good pillows. Staff helpful. Excellent wifi.

Very convenient location for shops etc in old town. Comfortable room and bed. Big enough for a single traveller

hotel was basic but clean location was pity good but poor for parking.

the fridge in room never worked plus building work was been done on rooms they could have put us in a different room & not the one next to where they working.trying to have a little relaxing before going out on evening was impossible because of all the banging.

It was yards from the beach with stunning seaviews from the balcony. The staff were lovely.

Was advertised as having parking, which we booked, but when we got there there wasn't any available. This was a real issue as it was the only reason we'd booked this hotel.

Location excellent...right on the beach front...and in the midst of shops bars and restaurants in the old town of benidorm...the apartments are very basic but clean..but good value for money because of the location..towels were changed every couple of days..

It can be noisy but but use ear plugs at the weekends and its fine..kettle broke on day 3 and it did not get replaced. Cafe/ bar under don ceasar appartments opens at 7.30am so every morning we were woken by the noise of the metal shutters and chairs being put outside each day..

Excellent location, right on beach in the old town. Friendly, helpful staff and basic decent rooms. Air con worked very well. Comfy beds. Great sea views. Basic kitchen, but eating out is cheap.

City-town centre so expect some night time noise until 2am. Or better still stay out late and be part of it. The side apartment windows don't seem to lock or secure st all; and slide open very easily- right by bed; be aware if you have children or are prone to sleep walking! Long way down.

Everything it was great the staff were so friendly booked us tickets to benidorm palace and we had the best night ever. The staff at the restaraunt below we're also so nice x we will be back soon and would reccomend this to anyone!! Thank you

Requested low floor and got 5th floor. No clean towels or housekeeping during stay Very noisy outside all night Building work from early morning - more noise!
