Stuff very pleasant and the location of the hotel couldn't be better, just in front of plaza mayor

Location is great. Just off Plaza Mayor. Our room had a balcony with nice view. Staff was friendly.

Lift was off for the first day so we had to go up 3 floors with our bags.

The central location in Salamanca, close to Plazza Mayor, to the university. The room is clean but small. Good for walking in the centre of salamanca.

No toilet products, not even a soap!!! Is the first hotel that in the toilet has absolutly no products, no shampoo, no soap, no nothing...the tv didn't work. No breakfast

It was perfectly situated behind the Placa Mayor, had an elevator and very clean rooms. We can absolutely recommend the Hostel/hotel for the price of less than 35/40 Euro for a night and two persons.

This was a very friendly place. The staff also ran the cafe\bar next door and were always smiling and helpful. The price was excellent for a hotel in such a great location, adjacent to the Plaza Mayor. I loved Salamanca and a big part of the reason was being able to stay right in the middle of the beautiful and exciting city.

My single room was comfortable but very small. The shower, though okay, was hardly big enough for me.

The location is really excellent, you can not find this prime location at Salamanca. The bar guy called Gabriel is very very helpful & he gave me all sorts of information I wanted in the town. Not only that, you have to visit him if you are gin lover-the bar has over 60 bottles. I met 4 British at this bar and they all were so happy to be served nice treat by Gabriel.

I a rrived to find the door locked and a note saying to call a # to get in. I didnot have a cell as asked the assitance of a couple walking. The man attempted to call twice and a recording saided this is a NON-WORKING #. We then called the number on the web-site that I had noted and someone said they would be there in 5 min. We waited 20 and called again. I had waited a total of 50 minute to be let in to a room that did not have a light bulb in the lamp and dirty florr with pubic hair in bathroom...never again!

The facilities and in particular its proximity to the historical monuments which were the main interest of my visit.

Due to repair works, there was no tourist information available at the reception and on one day the lift did not work. Also, there was a third bed in our room which we had not asked for and which made access to the window difficult. I suppose we could have had it removed but as we only stayed 3 nights we did not bother to make the request.

Very nice view from the window (a church's belfry with a stork family atop), friendly staff. Nice room, clean and comfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect! And the lady at the front desk so nice and accommodating. She let us check in and check out late so we would have somewhere to keep our bags while waiting for our train. The rooms were clean and secure.

Not the most modern hotel, but still a very comfortable place to stay. My room was on the first floor that is right above a bar and I could hear their music until quite late, if you have difficulty sleeping I'd suggest requesting a room on the second or third floor.

mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres ... on entend les voisins discuter se doucher ou écouter la télé.

He estado en este hotelito en abril y lo recomiendo por la relación calidad precio. El personal es muy amable y atento: el primer día, al ver que en mi habitación no llegaba la conexión wifi me cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación. La ubicación es perfecta, a dos pasos de la plaza mayor y de los monumentos más destacados. Limpieza 10. y qué puedo decir del desayuno y sobretodo los cruasanes? Riquísimos!

En la última planta no llega la conexión internet pero como ya he dicho el problema se ha solucionado rápidamente. Las habitaciones que dan al interior son algo oscuras.

Un pequeño problema con la sonoridad de las habitaciones (se escuchaban mucho los sonidos de la calle) y la pobre señal del WiFi en las habitaciones. /// a poor WiFi signal in the rooms and when the street is crowded it affects the sonority of the room.

Viajé con mi madre, y especialmente nos encantó la ubicación, la limpieza y la cama que era super confortable.

No tenía jabón de ducha ni shampoo
