Very comfortable and beautiful hotel! Very tastefully decorated. Friendly staff, nice view and excellent location!

A bit disappointing that you have to pay for internet and use of the safe in the room. One would expect this to be included in a hotel of this standard.

The situation, of the hotel for doing excursions is good. The animation team was very good.

It is a pitty, that hotels are rated only for the luxury they have at level of rooms. So 4 stars is a lot when you don't have a proper service. The restaurant staff, are running around not regarding there clients well. Buffets where always the same, they cleaned there tables, running a round with a dirty service trolly. If you ordered a bottle of white wine, and you didn't drank it they putted it in the coolingroom wich is good, but the next day when you asked foor your'e lovely bottle of wine they just putted it on the table like that with a temperature of 30 degrees the wine doesn't stay fres longtime. If you ask for a winecooler they just put an allready used cooler en put you're bottle in it??? The cooler doesn't cool anymore after second use. The restaurant staff is not well guided by the managers I guess. We are als in the hotelbusiness, and we never should serve our guests like that. I think with a proper and well organised restaurantmanager they can make a difference. The buffets rarely changed in the 7 days we were there. The Italian buffet was not good at all. Dryed out pizza, lasagne where you saw the water floating on it pfff... Even for making there cocktails they don't use a standard recipe. So the same aperitif is different in every bar at the hotel. Internet for the rooms is to expensive. No not worth 4 stars in my opinion. Even in the rooms, at first sight there ok but when you look closer the rooms are not finished in detail.

The inside balcony was a nice idea as it provided a nice outlook, a nice place to eat breakfast and was away from the hustle and bustle of the beachside esplanade.

Very good location. Very nice staff, kind and helpful. Even if it we had a room on the main street the rooms are qiute in front of the sea side. Very relaxed enviornment. Very good pancakes!!:-) It is not possible the stay on a diet in the hote:-) nice food!

Das laute im Steisesaal bei den Mahlzeiten, und die lauten Putzfrauen früh Morgens im Flur !!!.

direkte Lage des Hotels am Strand, unmittelbare Nähe vieler Restaurants, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, geringe Entfernung zum Flughafen und trotzdem kein Fluglärm, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer

Situación inmejorable. El buffet excelente, especialmente la cena. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias.

Hotelul este situat pe plaja, foarte aproape de centrul orasului Torremolinos. Camere spatioase, mancare diversificata, bazata in special pe meniu mediteraneean, piscinele hotelului foarte bine intretinute, jacuzzi, sala de fitness. Pana in centrul orasului se poate ajunge cu un lift situat chiar langa plaja. In centrul orasului se afla o statie de metrou cu care puteti ajunge in statiunile apropiate, precum si la aeroport.

Speisesaal war übervoll und man musste oft warten um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Auch sehr schlechte Lüftung.

Accueil et réception excellent. Chambre et salle de bain très haut de gamme.

Le personnel du restaurant ainsi que l'encadrement de ce personnel sont très loin de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel de ce niveau.

Huoneessa ei ole kunnon lämmitystä, joten talvisin se saattaa olla kylmä.

Hotelul este foarte frumos.bine amplasat,are o gradina superba.Sunt multe piscine,foarte curate,cu multa verdeata unde te poti relaxa foarte bine.Micul dejun este bogat si gustos.In fiecare seara sunt programe artistice foarte frumoase.

Ar trebui insistat mai mult pe curatenia din baie.

отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз. приветливый персонал, очень удачное расположение к пляжу , удобно добираться до центра города, к электричке. хорошее и разнообразное питание. для детей работает детский клуб. для взрослых каждый день аквааэробика, водный волейбол, футбол.большая территория, т.к. можно пользоваться инфраструктурой всех 3-х отелей сети sol don.

в прошлом году Wi-Fi был в номере бесплатно, в этом году бесплатный доступ в интернет лишь в холле,а в номере 24 евро в сутки. информации на сайте отеля об этом изменении нет.

Las vistas al mar en la 1ª linea de playa, bonita habitacion y muy limpia, mucha comodidad de acceso a la playa y a las piscinas, complejo hotelero con muy buenas instalaciones, el menu bufett muy amplio y de buena calidad, buena animacion tanto en el hotel como en las inmediaciones, el personal agradable y servicial, lo recomiendo y volveremos,...un saludo.

El parking es comodo pero muy, muy estrecho y su precio demasiado caro, algunas plazas no deberian ofrecerse, (arañe el coche), con una columna.
