The position of the hotel was fabulous. Paco at the Front Desk was wonderfully helpful. The breakfast menu was perfect and the coffee was the best we had anywhere. Our room was quiet and spacious. We would stay there again. We have no criticism at all of the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location on the edge of the gorge. The staff were very helpful and there were parking facilities just down the road. Our room had a balcony overlooking the gorge and was spacious with a nice bathroom. The restaurant was not very welcoming although the food was good. The lady in charge of the restaurant seemed more interested in the phone than dealing with diners. The waiters however were polite and efficient.

Location great, windy on cafe baloney overlooking bridge in pm. Across bridge to old town, 100m to shopping. Easy to reach by car, but offsite carparking. Staff friendly, big rooms, value for money. Recommend

Fantastic location with balcony overlooking gorge and bridge - only room on our level with balcony. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Central location excellent for all Ronda's attractions. Mild inconvenience of quirky levels in hotel, with two lifts to descend then ascend to our room. Stairs also available.

This was a fabulous hotel. The location was wonderful, very central to everything. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless and well organized. Room was ready when I arrived. Magnificent views!

Location was fantastic. A bad service/attitude from a waitress sitting in the bar - before we ordered-under our dinner and after. Had to wait for her. She first refused to split up our order so each couple (3) could charge the meal to the room. The pour male waiter was running as fast as he could, but we had to wait for him too because he was alone and very buzy.

Excellent location, very central, beautiful views from the room; very obliging staff. Tired, dimly lit, miserable, cold bedroom. Despite the beautiful views and the lovely terraced cafeteria overlooking the gorge, on a rainy day in March, the hotel was not a welcoming place to stay. Smelly air conditioning/heater in room, and smelly drains.

Views and location were the key attractions but I loved the quirky layout of the hotel on a variety of levels. The view from my room over the Tajo Gorge and out across the mountains was breath-taking. The location was absolutely perfect for all the tourist amenities of the lovely town of Ronda. I learned on the first night that the restaurant was expensive - I ate out after that. Bed linen a bit old and in need of freshening up....?

The hotel is located in the center of Ronda and is only a few minutes walk from anywhere in the city. Some rooms have spectacular views of the gorge and the countryside. The hotel is a sprawling, older building. Parking is very tricky.

Location, location, location! View from window awesome! Hotel car park nearby and essential even in low season Bed covers appear grubby. Laminate floor broken up in places. Anxious about fire escape route in below street level room (103) I would have liked an external safety rail if staying with children because the cill is quite low and the gorge very deep!

Fantastic view and location! Because of the proximity to the river there is a lot of humidity, which is not good for people allergic to moist (?)

The location is great, just on the side of Ronda's Bridge. The view from the window is not for the acrophobic as it opens to the gorge beneath. Spectacular! A little renovation keeping the hotel's character would be good. Breakfast is on the "poor" side.
