Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean

I liked the Hotel was near the beach and it was very modern and clean.

Sometimes I could hear through wall because they are thin. But it wasnt very annoying.

Great hotel, with new and modern design, nice furnished room with clean bathroom! Nice staff also, 5 minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, shops.

it is new or newly renovated clean hotel with professional reception staff.

there is only 1 small elevator for whole hotel - 7 floores ! Also be prepared that rooms - we booked standard with balcony are extremely small - in fact probably the smallest I have ever seen :-). Kind of charming if you are on honeymoon like stay but if not bumping in to each otther all the time could be little annoying :-)

Excellent hotel, very good value for money. Clean, towels and bed were changed every day. Big lobby with decent free wifi connection. Hotel is situated in Arenal aprox 10 km from Palma - 50 mins by bus and about 100 m from the beach. The beach in front of the hotel has very smooth sand but absolutely no waves, further to C'an Pastilla you can find beach portions with some waves and breeze but rougher sand. I would definitely recommend it for budget travelers, couples.

No atmosphere. Just a hotel to put your head down. Nothing else to offer.

No wi-fi in the rooms, I would have been willing to pay a moderate fee for wi-fi in the rooms, however currently wifi is only available in the lobby albeit free; ridiculous fridge and tv remote control rental policy; the staff at reception were not particularly friendly or helpful

Our room was the "Superior Room" on the last floor. The room was big and very clean, there's a safe in the room as well as a flatscreen TV, and a fridge (which, unfortunately, turns itself off as you leave the room, but there's a way around that ;-) ). Bathroom's also big with a bath tub. All in all the room's a great value for money... and it had a huge terrace! I would surely recommend it to a friend.

Our neighbours got noisy sometimes, but only for a few minutes at night - then they went to a party. When we met them they came out as a really nice guys and they were noisy for just a few minutes, but not every neighbour can be nice, so bear in mind that it can get noisy, and your neighbours may not necessarily be alright. The staff was ok, but when I asked them to get me a taxi to the airport, the girl at the reception called somewhere and told me that the taxi will come 2 hrs before my flight, and that she's leaving a note to the person who will be at the reception at night. When I tried to confirm that this same night (with that "another" person), I heard that there's no note and that I should take a bus or go to the taxi stand. I was a bit surprised when a few hrs later I got a phone call that my taxi's waiting.

Nice hotel, recently refurbished, modern furniture.

The rooms are rather small and pretty basic and not everything is refurbished (for ex the bathtub). The cleanliness is unsatisfactory: in some days they didn't change the towels, the bed linen wasn't changed at all in 6 nights (!) and the floor was cleaned once or twice in 6 days. I don't know about the other room types, but the indoor rooms ( the ones looking to the interior "courtyard", which isn't actually a courtyard, but a narrow space between each other's balconies, an atrium) are very dark and it's impossible to get some fresh air from outside, because the atrium is actually covered, so no access to the sun light or fresh air. Because the atrium is covered, all the smoke and the noise from your neighbours come into your room, plus the clothes/towels you wash will dry in minimum 2-3 days (in summer!) and will smell like hell because of the same smoke. We chose this room type because we thought it will be more quiet, but i don't recommend it at all.

It was clean

This is not a hotel for English people. It's very smart but full of German party goers. I got the wrong room and then given the keys to someone else's room twice. I finally got settled at 1am after trying from 9.30pm. I was made to sleep in a single bed for the first night then given a nice room for my troubles. Don't stay here if you want a good night sleep as its very noisy. The staff are thick

I found the hotel to be very clean and modern. It was located close to the resort centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very well kept and modern. We booked room only and so did not get a chance to try the breakfast.

Only downside was that wi-fi was not available in the rooms - only in the reception area.

El personal tiene un trato excelente! Es muy nuevo, muy bien decorado! LO RECOMIENDO!

Es war alles spitzenmäßig. die Begrüßung an der Rezeption, die Lage, die Sauberkeit. Wirklich klasse. Sollten wir Mädels wieder für 2 Tage nach El'Arenal dann wieder ins Hotel Don Pepe!

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Das Hotel war super-super sauber, die Begrüsung an der Rezeption durch Frau Yvonne war sehr, sehr herzlich. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!!! Wenn wir (4 Mädels) mal wieder nach El'Arenal für 2 Tage fliegen, dann auf alle Fälle wieder ins Hotel Don Pepe!

Wenn man überhaupt etwas meckern kann, dann evlt. dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind und manche Ausicht vom Balkon vielleicht nicht ganz so schön ist

El aire acondicionado no funciona , el colchon tiene un protector a consecuencia del cual no deje de sudar durante toda la noche,solo una persona en recepcion,el bar no siempre esta abierto,para el mando de la tele hay que dejar deposito,no hay mini bar
