We have been now a few times in this Hotel and like it very much. Convenient to get there from the airport via the underground or by car. Convenient to go anywhere by the underground, which is 20 meters from the Hotel. Very large and clean rooms

It has a good connection with the airport by subway, and with the downtown as well. The subway station is right across the street, where there is also a supermarket Auchan. Breakfast is good, above average I would say, the restaurant has some very good Spanish specialties. The rooms are clean, with confortable beds, minibar. Some waiters couldn't communicate in English at all, but my basic Spanish knowledge helped.

Nice building, rooms around a beautiful closed old style "patio" which serves as a lobby and a restaurant for very good breakfast. Helpful staff, polite and attendant. Big, comfortable, quiet rooms. Excellent location. Though not in the town center, the abundant public transport, buses and underground, can bring you in 10-20 minutes to most tourist attractions, and it is very close to the underground station to the Airport. Faster than any car service, The control of the air condition did not work properly. Either worked in full power, or we could switch it off. We had put in on 30 centigrade and both caught cold (actual temp was close to 20, or less). Small detail - they only put a pack of 5 napkins. We finished it right away, and it was not renewed - we stayed for 3 nights. Better put a box.

The space of the room, and the metro station is right in front of the hotel The facilities were useless, and they didn't have any tourism programs. It's meant for locals I guess.

Small hotel with very good facilities, several transportation options to other areas in Madrid. We´ve been here several times and will continue to come back. They need to change their key to the room door. It´s anticuated very cumbersome. You have to request a second key, that is kept in a cardboard box with all the other second keys. Need to install the automated card system.

İt is a perfect hotel, but only the sound of the water coming from the climatization disturbed me. If they fix this problem it will be much much beter. Only the sound of the water coming from the climatizaion.

El hotel tiene encanto, todo muy limpio, el desayuno esta muy bien. recomiendo pidan habitacion en el interior. la insonorizacion de las habitaciones es un poco deficiente, es una lastima porque la habitacion esta muy bien.

Accueil chaleureux et restaurant d'un beau rapport qualité prix. Pas pu voir le match Réal de Madrid/Manchester car l'hôtel n'a pas Canal +: un comble à Madrid !!
