Close proximity to town centre, and very quiet, except when it rains, as our room had a down pipe located somewhere at the back of the bed and sleep was impossible when it rained.
The room was dark, and quite small, with bars at the window that looked out onto a wall, which was not nice, and the bathroom was very cramped.
Really close to the center. Nice room. After a bit of a fuss, they waived the parking fee for us when we told them there were ants in our room.
A little noisy with the windows open. AC didn't really work very well. There were ants in the room.
The manager and the lady at the front desk were brilliant, so helpful.
Another member of staff was useless. Curly hair she had. If I asked a question, she would say... I don't know... 3 times I told her to look for answers on her computer
Parking under hotel ( door is often close)
Free wifi, breakfast, friendly staff, location
Very bright aircon
Location, helpful staff, rooms, parking, wifi............
The location was good. It was in easy walking distance to the old town and centre. The room was BIG, nice deco and clean.
The parking was expensive and the staff could be a bit more help...maybe put two people on reception so that one answers the phone and one to deal with waiting guests.
Location was great, the rooms were good and overall excellent value for money.
Great Wifi, which can't be said for many hotels. Good location.
Sheets were too narrow for the bed. Shower nozzle couldn't be directed to correct position.
Pleasant atmosphere very convenient location - ideal for discovering Jerez
Big room, good location, adequate bathroom, decent price for the room
Very noisy bed, every move led to its squeaking.
Liked the location and garage for motorbike,
The breakfast. Poor quality. If not included in the price best to eat elsewhere.
Perfecto location. Could walk everywhere. Garage underneath hotel was perfect. A corner double bed room with two opening doors to balcony...just great.
Having to get reception to allow entrance to garage via lift... often having to wait. A real pain.
Un hotelito muy familiar con un jardín precioso.
the location, the helpful staff was very helpful. the furnishings and equipment were all good
The location is very convenient, minutes from the old town and 15 easy minutes walk to the railway station. Clean and tidy throughout. Parking available.
Breakfasts were a little disappointing for the price, but adequate. Small maintance things were not being attended to: We couldn´t open the windows and shutters to our room because the hooks were missing from the exterior walls, so the room always seemed dark.
Excellent location in centre of Jerez. Hotel has its own car park and is well signposted so easy to find.
Location, staff, especially the reception area folks.
I have some mobility issue & having to access breakfast area via some steps without hand-rail was difficult. Also, access to hotel from the street required me to negotiate a very deep step. this proved to be difficult if I were going out on my own.
Location, spacious room, good outlook.
Some bathroom fittings problematic
Uncomfortable chairs which must have been left behind by the Inquistion. Ventilation fault incorridorsleading to bedrooms. Bathroom extractors seemed to vent into public corridors when hotel busy causing bad and foul odours
Staff, hotel parking, clean barhroom.
Location and price.
Car park is a nightmare for anything other than a micro car. Bathroom and aircon were a little tired. Loo seat was loose.
god value all round
everything + spacious rooms. Parking available at only 9€ per day
leaving back home.
Everything. There is a parking space underground, at affordable price.
