Very little. It is difficult to get to your room and there are a considerable number of stairs to negotiate. The halls are dark and we had a room where the shower did not work and it took 6+ minutes for the hot water to arrive which was then patchy. Of all the hotels we have stayed at in Spain the breakfast was the worst. The hotel did not live up to the rating in booking.com and the comments of previous guests. I suspect that we were the only guests and after requesting a double bed we got a twin room and for the 1st time in Spain bugs in the room.

Good location in the city centre and also offers parking. Rooms and public areas very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower took a long time to get hot and temperature fluctuated dramatically in use.

The location was great and the room was big. The bathroom was difficult for a short person. I could hardly reach the shower and the towel rack. There was only 1 hook in the bathroom so it was difficult to dry the towels. Also since the hotel does not want you to hang clothes outside, why isnt there a line in the bathroom? If you go to the beach you have to hang your suit and towels on the chairs (I hate to put wet clothes on furniture but there was no where else). Also I was surprised that there was no computer in the hotel since they have wifi.

Tasteful decor, very clean rooms. Cannot fault the hotel but staff need to update their recommendations for bars and restaurants as the ones provided were terrible.

Location, location, location. Sitting on the balcony of a good-sized room on a cobbled side street, watching the swifts and swallows wheel around you - and just a few minutes walk from a wonderful old town and all the sherry bodegas. I disagree with previous criticism: "lots of stairs" - they have an all- floors lift. "No fresh bakery at breakfast" - they did every day of our stay. "Dark corridors" - switch the lights on! Most hotel breakfasts are plain and this was no exception, but by no means the worst I've had. Our mattress was very hard, which we like but many people won'T. My only problem is their price-gouging during the Feria (4x their regular rate), but all the hotels in Jerez do that to some extent.

Central location with garage parking (extra charge). Nice decor. The room and bathroom looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Very helpful, polite staff speaking English. Pleasant roomy reception area.Excellent value. The Hotel and garage could be tricky to find. There is a sign to 'Dona Blanca Parking' which is not the Hotel garage, it's the parking for the nearby Dona Blanca Market parking.

It was easy to walk to all places of interest. The local market was only round the corner and was one of the best fish markets I have seen anywhere.

Value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is central and handy for lots of what you'll want to see in Jerez: Bodegas, the Alcázar, the Central market. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful - recommending entertainment, driving our car to the hotel's garage, and arranging heating for the room. The hotel is very difficult to find on foot, and impossible if you're driving. We gave up and left the car in a public car-park. Later in the day a kind member of staff accompanied us and drove our car to the hotel. We'd never have got there ourselves.

Arrived to check-in before 10.00am, and although we were prepared to wait, the friendly and efficient receptionist said our room was available immediately. Pleasant surprise Unfortunately not one English tv chanel (minor inconvenience)

From the beginning we found the instructions to get to the hotel excellent, needed in the one way streets of Jerez, the hotel staff were very obliging and friendly. The room was adequate for our two night stay and although we had a third bed in the room, there was still plenty of room to move about etc. The hotel is in a very good location for the centre of the city, we don't think we could be any nearer, all in all we enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Dona Blanca and will recommend the hotel to our friends.

Comfortable with excellent staff who were all helpful & polite. Ideally situated close to city centre, cathedral & other facilities, including short taxi ride to equestrian exhibition and reasonable walk to 'Tio Pepe Sherry' tour. All in all an excellent venue and one which we shall certainly use again and recommend to friends.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very central location, just around the corner from the business of the centre. The room was comfortable and quite, there was no noise at night. So good value for money! It would be nice to have a internet computer available for guests. There is a small and cheap internet cafe opposite from the hotel though.
