Good location in the city centre and also offers parking. Rooms and public areas very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower took a long time to get hot and temperature fluctuated dramatically in use.

This elegant hotel is in a historic building in the lively historical city center of Jerez de la Frontera and in walking distance to all historical monuments, bodegas, and wonderful cafes and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lovely art and has on site parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was quite near everything worth seeing and visiting. Reception was open 24 h, witch was important for us because we had to leave early in the morning ( 5 a`clock).

Great location, within 5 minutes of the city centre, near by shops, restaurant and old city! Set in an 18th century building , recently renovated, spacious and very clean! Great competent and friendly staff. I seldom write reviews about places i've been but this one is worth the effort ! :) Sal

This is a very nice family run hotel which has some special touches and the lady on reception could not have been more helpful. It was difficult to find the car park & other guests had made the same mistake as ourselves & gone to the wrong one with a similar name. This should be made more clear on the website to help avoid confusion.

The location in a quiet side road of Jerez was ideal and the on site parking was very useful. The main sights of the town were a short walk away. The room was large and well decorated with a well appointed bathroom. The reception was welcoming and smart and the staff provided helpful advice. This was an excellent hotel at a bargain price and I would highly recommend it.

Ihad a problem with Bahia rent-a-car. I thought I had paid by Visa, but their agent said that didn't work and asked for cash. This was worrying but your receptionist Ageta ( I hope I have her name right) was very helpful and reassured me that I was not being taken advantage of. Her assistance was very much appreciated. Ither staff were also very helpful

hotel was a nice modern hotel in a very good location.It was on a side street but there was no noise. Hotel has a very modern and comfortable lobby.We did not take breakfast so cannot comment. Within walking distance to bus and railway station,which we loved. No internet, but not a problem as there was a good and cheap internet shop directly across from the hotel. We found our bed very uncomfortable,could not get used to it even after a few days.

Location-about 150 metres from the centre of things; car-parking on site; clean and spacious room; very good breakfast. When I arrived they couldn't at first find my reservation - said they had not received it from Booking.com - but they dug deeper and found it. This caused a few moments of stress as the hotel waqs otherwise fully booked.

Value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is central and handy for lots of what you'll want to see in Jerez: Bodegas, the Alcázar, the Central market. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful - recommending entertainment, driving our car to the hotel's garage, and arranging heating for the room. The hotel is very difficult to find on foot, and impossible if you're driving. We gave up and left the car in a public car-park. Later in the day a kind member of staff accompanied us and drove our car to the hotel. We'd never have got there ourselves.

Arrived to check-in before 10.00am, and although we were prepared to wait, the friendly and efficient receptionist said our room was available immediately. Pleasant surprise Unfortunately not one English tv chanel (minor inconvenience)

From the beginning we found the instructions to get to the hotel excellent, needed in the one way streets of Jerez, the hotel staff were very obliging and friendly. The room was adequate for our two night stay and although we had a third bed in the room, there was still plenty of room to move about etc. The hotel is in a very good location for the centre of the city, we don't think we could be any nearer, all in all we enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Dona Blanca and will recommend the hotel to our friends.
