The price and the nearness to all emenities
To find the hotel again by car every evening - an adventure!
the location, close to the center and several supermarkets. the room is huge with balcony, although the view is not so attractive.
the cleaning staff is very rude that woke us up about 11 am by knocking on the door to "finish her job" without noticing the tag of "por favor, no molestar" hung on the doorknob. Es increible!!! one of the big problem of this three stars hotel is lack of organization! The mattress is old and not comfortable at all. The wifi does't work well.
It was a good location & very good value for money.
It was pretty noisy early in the morning
Close to city center
Walls very thin - we heard everything the neighbors said and did. The hallways were stinking. Bed was very uncomfortable. Personnel impatient. Breakfast very simple. Reading through the responses of the hotel to previous complaints one can deduce that criticism is not taken seriously.
The location - a short walk to almost all of Jerez. You must visit the Andalucian horse show - it's amazing! The hotel is a bit basic & quite noisy but overall it's good value.
Trying to find the hotel & the noise.
perfect location near to where everything happens. clean paid 45 euros for a good standard of room. excellent.
was not there long enough to assess. value would stop when room price went over say 60 euros,
Very nice room, not expensive, very close to supermarket, underground parking (10eu/day).
Strong smell of cigarrets in room, not sure fron where. We thought it came from the sheets. Was okay after opening the windows Other than that, reception's english could've been better an could give us more information.
In a walking distance from the attractions.
Difficult to park. Dark room.
Walking distance from everything - right in the old city.
Odd smell in corridor but not on our room - agree with other comment it might be due to venting bathrooms into the corridor - hotel management should correct this. Soap and shampoo in silly bubbles that are hard to open with wet hands - management should scrap this idea. Breakfast OK but not lavish. These are minor criticisms - we had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful city - the Andalusian horses and the sherry both fabulous. We even managed a half day trip to Cadiz.
Great location big room excellent value
We booked a room with a balcony but did not get one.
Close proximity to town centre, and very quiet, except when it rains, as our room had a down pipe located somewhere at the back of the bed and sleep was impossible when it rained.
The room was dark, and quite small, with bars at the window that looked out onto a wall, which was not nice, and the bathroom was very cramped.
Really close to the center. Nice room. After a bit of a fuss, they waived the parking fee for us when we told them there were ants in our room.
A little noisy with the windows open. AC didn't really work very well. There were ants in the room.
The manager and the lady at the front desk were brilliant, so helpful.
Another member of staff was useless. Curly hair she had. If I asked a question, she would say... I don't know... 3 times I told her to look for answers on her computer
Parking under hotel ( door is often close)
Free wifi, breakfast, friendly staff, location
Very bright aircon
Location, helpful staff, rooms, parking, wifi............
The location was good. It was in easy walking distance to the old town and centre. The room was BIG, nice deco and clean.
The parking was expensive and the staff could be a bit more help...maybe put two people on reception so that one answers the phone and one to deal with waiting guests.
Location was great, the rooms were good and overall excellent value for money.
Great Wifi, which can't be said for many hotels. Good location.
Sheets were too narrow for the bed. Shower nozzle couldn't be directed to correct position.
Pleasant atmosphere very convenient location - ideal for discovering Jerez
Big room, good location, adequate bathroom, decent price for the room
Very noisy bed, every move led to its squeaking.
Liked the location and garage for motorbike,
The breakfast. Poor quality. If not included in the price best to eat elsewhere.
Perfecto location. Could walk everywhere. Garage underneath hotel was perfect. A corner double bed room with two opening doors to balcony...just great.
Having to get reception to allow entrance to garage via lift... often having to wait. A real pain.
