The rooms were clean. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the city center which was very convinient. Breakfast was good for the price.

The bed requested was a double bed and they gave us two twin beds instead.

Hotel's bus service to Sevilla center. Dinner at restaurant is very good.

The hotel is situated in the area call Bellavista which is outside of the city of Seville, the free shuttle bus to the city centre is provided according to the schedule and you always have to inform staff in advance if you want to use the shuttle. Anyway you can always use bus N 37 which brings you to Prado San Sebastian bus station which has central location. The hotel driver met us at the arrival at the bus station and also we used hotel shuttle bus to get to the train station on the day of the departure. So in this aspect I liked the service very much. Our twin room was nice and clean, the matrasses were great so the sleep quality was good despite the fact that the soundproofing is not the best... We were in Seville during April Fair and it was something! all the hotels in the centre were full and Dona Carmela seemed to be overpriced. Anyway it appeared to be a good choice and I think it could be good value for money.

The breakfast was so-so, no hot dishes, most food of very medium quality, but the price for it was only 4 euro and I could find something good for myself. Be aware that only one coffe machine makes proper coffee, the other one (which makes cappuccino, milk etc) - doesn't (it tasted not like bad coffee...). Despite the overall nice interior of the room the bedside-tables were more like decoration because the drawers wanted to jump out of them when you pulled.

Very friendly staff, cheap breakfast (simple continental), fast Internet connection, free bus to the city center and to the feria, many tv channels.

Windows to the yard and other windows - no light. Too far from the center (15 euros by taxi) - but there is a free bus.

Photo's do not match reality! Awfull smell in the entire hotel and specificly in the hotel room (mould). Noisy street. Location is really far from the city center, ok, there is a shuttle, but there is always a gap of 1,5h between the rides. Parking space in the basement is very narrow. Breakfast is not really fresh or nice. Just grab a coffee and have breakfast in Sevilla! Dirty carpets in the hall. Only 1 night of parking in the basement and of course there were 4 nights on the bill. Do not go here, there must be better options around!

We were a little apprehensive about staying here. Budget constraints made us select a hotel out of the centre of Seville over the East weekend. When we first saw the hotel, and the area it was located in we were ready to be disappointed. Having said that, the hotel turned out to be great. They have a secure underground car park that was not expensive. Staff were dispatched to help us park the car in the restricted space available. The bar was buzzing with activity, but the bar staff were attentive and quickly provided us with buffet breakfast in the morning, and tapas in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly, and we had no complaints about the accommodation. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus scheduled service to/from the centre of Seville (a ten-minute drive). This solved any Seville parking problems we would otherwise have had. There's a supermarket across the road.

Nothing really. The location isn't ideal, but is value for money given the size of the city.

The shuttle service offered by the hotel is good but the times are not very frequent.

Rather far from centre and you waste alot of time coming and going also the walls are paper thin

Small refrigerator in the room would be nice. System could not supply continuously warm water. Temperature and flow were fluctuating.

Tout était formidable, le personnel toujours disponible, serviable et à l'écoute. La chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le restaurant très bien tenu et les plats de bonne qualité à prix très corrects. Le service de navette qui vous emmène en ville.
