Score from 966 reviews Very good
well-kept, clean, with decent rooms, good service,on-site cafetaria, working WiF. If you wonder about my "good location" rating, their excellent shuttle service brings you to and back from the center faster and cheaper (free) than car or bus. Also parking and supermarket across street
Excellent price/quality hotel. The regular shuttle bus to/from city centre (free of charge) makes the hotel easy accessible. The hotel is maintained in great condition, rooms and public areas are cosy and spotlessly clean. Personnel is extremely careful and communicable. The food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back certainly!
Refrigerator in the room could be very useful.
It was convenient for my needs I was travelling out everyday, used the hotel to sleep in. The restaurant on the 1st floor was not open for evening meals but the chef cooked me pretty much what I wanted and I ate in the cafeteria area, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast the cooked items were always cold even though I used to get there for opening so that I could get on the road, I only tried it twice and gave up. There was a good selection of fruit cereals and cakes.
good breakfast friendly staff excellent courtesy bus to city centre
noisy bar at night might want to consider rear patio development
Helpful staff, quiet location, free shuttle bus to the city center
Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely clean bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. Parked car directly outside hotel and it was fine. Shuttle bus into Seville. In fact for those who are driving, this hotel is a great choice for both price and parking. I noticed that in Seville there were few parking spaces but an abundance of men standing by empty car park spaces hoping to direct drivers in and collect some money. Another reason not to drive into town. Seville looked beautiful and i must come back for a longer stay. I will be staying again at Dona Carmela as i loved my stay here. Great value hotel.
Good food. Free shuttle to old town city center.
WiFi didn't work too well in the room.
The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful. The breakfast only cost £5 and was very nice. The shuttle to and from town was amazing and very convenient.the shower was very good!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free minibus into Seville was great, as was our driver.
Great room. Quiet. Comfortable beds. The bus to center was extra added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
Can't think of anything
Cafeteria worker not kind to Customers and charge fairly.
A bit far from the city but the hotel had free parking area and a free bus shuttle to the center every 2 hours. Very convenient sollution for those who have a rental car. The stuff don't know English but you can manage. A free wifi and a good breakfast. Fair prices. I strongly recommend the hotel especially for travelers with a rental car.
WIFI, free bus, breakfast
it is not centric, but is compensated with the free bus.
Comfortable beds, secure parking, simple but good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus service.
Limited times for shuttle bus in early morning but with local bus service or taxi it is easy to get to main sites.
Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to city center was a great plus and made our trip easy.
Like in Sercotel hotels the beds were very soft which tends to cause back pain for me. During the night some guests were making loud noises in the hallway. Even though I like romance and waking up early I must admit I was afraid that the couple next door was going to crush through the wall with their bed. Thumbs up for their stamina... they kept going for a couple of hours at least.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is no need to book prepaid parking, there is plenty of free spaces on the street outside. The room was comfortable enough - didn't use any other facilities such as restaurant or bar.
Wifi patchy - but hey, we all need a break from the internet when on holiday! Also, be aware that the hotel is on the outskirts of Sevilla, if I wasn't on a budget, I would have chosen a more central hotel.
Shuttle service and transfer to and from Santa Justa station. The staff was able to communicate fairly in English with us.
Location was far but fortunately there was free transfer to and from city
Free bus to Sevilla center. Quiet and very good food.
Reasonable distance from the city Centre easy to visit the city on local bus for 1.4 euro
Helpful staff (especially Sarah), Shuttle, Clean
Nothing. I did not understand why others did not like parking. It is very nice secure parking for just 5,5 euros per day.
This is an excellent, owner managed, well run, superb value for money hotel. Book with confidence. Breakfasts are worth the money and the free bus into town is well run.
Nothing - but note the suburbs location was necessary to park the hire car.
Room, shuttle bus to city centre, access to parking, room and breakfast. Excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting Sevilla.
A great hotel for visitors to Sevilla. It is easy to find and has plenty of parking space outside. The free mini-bus service to and from the city is a real bonus ensuring a stress free experience for the avid city explorer. Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and good food. What more can one ask?
We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed on Saturday night which meant we had to take our evening meal in the Cafeteria. The food there is very Spanish, of reasonable standard and cheap (9 Euros for Menu del Dia). However the bar was frequented by quite a few local working men and football was playing on the TV. This might feel a little bit intimidating for some people. We enjoyed our meal and the barman/waiter was most pleasant and helpful in explaining the menu for us.
Attentive staff offering good service
