no restaurant , a restaurant meal was difficult to find .

Good friendly staff, very clean rooms, excellent secure parking at a very reasonable cost. 6 euro'S.

Appreciate that it is a continental breakfast that was included but there was no hot food available.

Nobody to help with the otherwise excellent buffet breakfast.

The hotel is in a good position, our room was on the third floor and we had a view of the bullring from our balcony. The main attractions of Aranjuez -the summer palace and gardens are just a short walk way through the town.

The breakfast

Convenient location at edge of Aranjuez and easily found on entrance to the town. Very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Well priced and decent room with secure parking available at no extra charge. A quick and pleasant walk into the centre of Aranjuez with all its interesting attractions plus shops, bars etc.

Nothing to complain about. Planning another visit and would book again.

Convenient for staying overnight on the way from Santander to Torrevieja

They have WIFI in the rooms now.

We were able to park immediately outside the door, but otherwise there was plenty of spaces nearby. The hotel was a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the main tourist attractions, and very convenient for a good choice of restaurants. The buffet breakfast was very good , and all at a very reasonable price.In general, the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Very nice comfortable,clean hotel in a convenient location close to all the places of interest only 10 minutes walk to the stunning royal palace and parks.The breakfast was included in the cost and was a lovely buffet with a fantastic selection and in summer is taken on the terrace outside.When we stayed it was very hot and we were very grateful for the air-conditioning in the room.As a bonus it was only 2 minutes to our favourite spanish restuarant Lizarran.We only stayed one night on our return trip from Portugal to Murcia.We will definitely return to Aranjuez as one day wasn't enough and would stay at this hotel again.

The only criticism is that the television in the room was prehistoric and only worked if you hit the top.Very unusual because this is a modern,clean hotel and with the standard of this hotel we were very surprised.It wasn't a huge problem because we only stayed one night and it didn't bother us too much.

Very friendly staff, room very comfortable and clean. Parking below hotel was also very handy. Location good, beware or google directions being hazy. Hotel is opposite Bull Ring in Plaza De Torro.

Central location, very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Free parking either under hotel in private secure car park or on street outside. Free internet in rooms (wired). Many other hotels would charge for the above, so this hotel represents superb value for money.

A little more choice at breakfast would be nice.

The sunset and sun rise over the Bull Ring opposite the hotel. Very helpful staff who spoke English and provided good info about where to eat. Would have liked to see more of the town, given a longer stay.

Parking - we were very lucky to be able to park right outside the hotel, but in high season, this would be a problem.

Convenient to parking and transit to Madrid. Clean and nice view if your room face street.

Price was good, staff were friendly although we only saw the receptionist.

Too far from the main area and up a long sloping street. Horrible strong smelling oils in corridors give the impression they're trying to hide something!! Also corridors are dark and gloomy.

No soap, shampoo or condicioner in the room

Staff friendly, good location - walking distance to attractions. Buffet breakfast was adequate - you could have as much as you wanted with a good choice. Would recommend to friends and family.

The only drawback was that the room was above the automatic garage doors and you could hear it opening and shutting in the early hours of the morning.

El Hotel es una maravilla, habitación muy amplia, cama de 1,50, muy nuevo todo y bañera con jacuzzi. Está frente a la Plaza de toros.

Que en el desayuno no tuvieran zumo natural. No lo suele hacer nadie, en lo hoteles con wifi gratis deberían de dar las claves con la llave de la habitación
