Location. Staff. Cleanliness. Price.
Wifi signal not strong on every floor.
Staff on reception does not speak english. Breakfast is poor
Unless you know the area we recommend a satnav to find the hotel, but be careful, some of the roads are extremely narrow and very difficult to turn corners if you have a larger than small family saloon. Parking is extremely limited on the street but we were fortunate that we got the last free space right outside the hotel where we stayed for the duration of our three nights. Reception staff were extremely friendly and informative. The check in was conducted in Spanish and a smattering of English, but it worked fine. We asked for and got a downstairs room, “The White Room” – spacious, well furnished, comfortable beds and the real genuine bonus for us was an enclosed private patio area where we could sit and enjoy a bit of outside space. The air con was very efficient. The bathroom was well equipped, well lit, a good shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel though is in a great position for seeing the old town of Seville and we enjoyed walking to the many local tapas bars and restaurants. Would we stay here again, yes if we can find it. We did have a great three nights here. **As we drove away another car pulled into the vacant space. Talk about “hot bedding”!
The big No-No is the lighting in the room itself. OK for reading in bed but the work surface area had no lighting and there was only sockets by the bed and we had to unplug the television to use that socket for our laptop, etc. However the management do provide an alligator clip style desk light which was more than adequate.
Good spot, great value.
Walls are very thin -- being on the first floor was like being outside.
Decoration of the room. Nice towels and sheets. Decoration of the living room and reception. Nice receptionists.
Internet just worked near the door. Looks like that the owner uses the only hotel parking space like his private parking space.
The location is very central. The staff are very friendly
they didn't change my towels even i put them on the floor I came back and they were still there... Shampoo/gel douche very poor. One day of my stay I left mid day and came back after 5 hours and they didn't clean my room or even do the bed.
It can be very noisy at night time as the noise from reception can be heard throughout the building. Also in my room the light from the main part of the building lit the room at night time as there is an internal window above the door. Not the best night's sleep
The room is small but clean, quiet
Strong air fresh spray
location centrally in Old Seville yet a good sleep (room to the back) short time reserved parking in front when you arrive by car (a problem many even bigger hotels in narrow Spanish old downtowns just ignore !) friendly staff everything you want to see/visit in Seville within easy walking distance
Perfect location Clean Organised Good signal of WIFI Calm and silent during night Very nice and helpful staff
It was ok
No 24 hour front desk. When people are coming back to the hotel in the early hours they have to ring the door bell. This echos up the central staircase and wakes us up every time somebody arrives back.
About the hotel there was nothing to like. It was just a hotel with a clean pleasant tiny room.
the cleaner vacuming outside my door at 10pm. The front desk wasn't manned for 24 hours so when customers strolled in at all hours the would have to ring the bell. The bell echoed right up to the top floor where my room was. It no longer sounded like a bell, more like a siren. I am on strong medication and this bell woke me every time. The location was good but I definitely wouldn't advise you to stop at this hotel. There are plenty in the area to choose from.
Staff and location fantastic once you worked out where you were. Close to Alameda hercules
Beds are shockingly hard and difficult to sleep in. Wifi is still bad
First of all, staff and owners are great. They are really helpful and friendly people, always happy to please their guests. It's located like 10 min walking to the cathedral, and it's like 5 min walking to the Alameda de Hercules, were you can find good and cheap food and drinks. The rooms are big enought, and the decoration is nice. The breakfast is in a coffee shop close to the hotel, and you can have it whenever you want... it's really good, I recommend to take it.
Wifi signal was poor
It was very clean and in a convenient location. The room was big, there were plenty of outlets, air conditioning, etc.
I felt bad coming back late at night cause you have to ring a bell that wakes someone up to let you in. Also, I was hoping it would be more social, but while I was there I didn't meet any other guest. Also, at times the place is confusing. The website mentions breakfast and a gym but I never saw those things. And they really talk up this shower on their outdoor terrace, but it is just this random shower on a roof...I was confused. Also and most importantly, every night there was a gang of drunk Sevillianos shouting until 4:30am, which made sleep difficult.
Beliggenhet, ro hyggelig service Evrything nice
Glasdoor into bathroom was not possible to move
What I loved the most is the value of this hotel. Amazingly reasonable. I was so shocked how low the prices were. The hotel building and its rooms are beautiful. It is centrally located, close to everything. You walk a few blocks and you are in the center of Seville. Great staff. Loved it.
I liked everything.
we liked our room very much (second floor frontside, historic details, modern atmosphere), although a little noisy (street). The staff was very friendly, but they spoke poor English. Nice location, walking distance to centre and historic sites.
barely parking places in front of hotel (parking garage nearby)
Very friendly and helpful staff with good recommendations, central location
Public parking not directly at hotel, in underground parking of el corte ingles (close to hotel), very noisy street
Great location, quiet and clean rooms, close to bars and nightlife and easy to walk anywhere around the city...
Room needed a few minor repairs, curtain railing falling and soap holder in shower coming off wall.... but not a reason not to stay at this great hotel.
Le personnel est très gentil et disponible
when we arrived the nice guy at the reception (Eric) gave a room with a double bed as we were not able to book it in the reservation process. He was helpful and friendly givingus good advise.
wifi was not strong enough in room
Good location to get to the main sites of the city.
room a little cramped but it is value for money
Staff were great and fantastic location
The room didn't have a window!
