The bed, the spacious room, the friendliness of the recepcionist, the location, water pressure, view.

The chatter on the terrace outside didn't bother us at all, but the cleaning up of the terrace between 0.30hs and 1.30hs made a lot of noise.

Location was perfect. Nice park nearby and good variety of restaurants. Easy access to the bus station.

I couldnt find fault with anything at the Modesto as I found the staff helpful, the hotel well placed for the city centre.. Close but not to close is how I'd describe it. And the food available in the restaurant very acceptable. This was my 3rd visit to the city and my 1st to this hotel. I shall be rebooking here again. Even the room cleaners were a happy bunch of ladies! I had my gf and my son with me for a week's stay and we all were of the same opinion.

Very large room, excellent view of nearby gardens, perfect location for visiting the alcazar and cathedral, and paid-parking in a private garage nearby. Also, good restaurants nearby.

Noisy, lots of pigeons outside our window (and pigeon droppings). No wireless internet. Hotel phone didn't work. Staff was attentive and helpful but not exceptionally friendly. No discount for parking.

The location of the hotel was excellent, all the facilities were good, and it was extremely good value for money.

Great location, clean, comfortable, nice design, roof-top terrace overlooking the Jardines de Murillo and the old jewish quarter; no breakfast served at the hotel itself, yet plenty of restaurants and coffee bars in the immediate vicinity. Underground car park directly in front the hotel (Euro1.70 Per hour, Euro 20 for 12-24 hours, no discount for hotel guests, very narrow parking bays - we had our hire car gored there - more spacious and cheaper car park available near Puente de San Telmo, Euro12 / day);

Can be a little bit noisy (bars, restaurants); Internet Access for guests not working - staff friendly, yet did not appear particularly well informed about their own city & region;

The room was large and comfortable. Busy location with many restaurants nearby, great for guests. Convenient walking distance to main sights in city centre. Lovely park opposite.

Good location, close to Cathedral and many good restaurants nearby. Spacious room, clean & tidy. We are put in a corner room so a lot of windows with natural lights and our view is facing the park which is good.

We requested a large bed but it is just a combination of 2 single beds. The noise insulation can be done much better. It's a bit noisy at night since it is close to the busy street and even worse when the restaurants downstairs are closing at mid-night. Wifi is weak at room and it even went down for a whole day during our stay.

1. Excellent location. 2. Our room was very beautifully decorated as well as the hotel itself. 3. Very clean. 4. Air conditioners work independently in each room. 5. Public parking by the entrance to the hotel. This is very important in Seville.

1. There is no refrigerator with a mini-bar inside a room. 2. We got a room on the second floor above a restaurant. When a balcony door is open, the room becomes noisy and smells are coming from the restaurant. When the door is closed - no problem at all.

The best 2star hotel we have seen,location is excellent and all attractions are within easy walking distance and easily found.Staff are very helpful.Would definitely recommend it to friends.Our room and bathroom were spacious and beautifully furnished.
