The remote control for the tv did not work, we had to go to the reception a few times until someone came and fix it !!! I wish the customer service would have been better.

somewhat dificult to find the first time.... the breakfast was too high for those who take only a light breakfast

Convenience for overnight when travelling across Spain; close to the motorway system but not too near. Excellent room and good breakfast.

Excellent hotel not far off motorway. We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms large & very comfortable. Dinner @ 8.30pm is late but good value at only 20€ for 3 course meal plus bottle of wine. We ate in restaurant our 1st night then had a snack in the bar area our last night because we had an early morning next day. Plus you can get snacks & meals at the golf restaurant at the bottom of the road. Had very tasty tapas there for only 1€ per plate & only 2€ for large glass of wine, lunch for 2 only 10€. Breakfast in hotel was great with good selection. Got taxi into Salamanca for 10€ cos bus that runs past hotel doesn't run at weekends. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel & would recommend it, an excellent stop en route from sw France to Portugal.

Perfect stopover location on the way to Portugal. The dinner in the restaurant was really good, and the restaurant staff very friendly & professional.

Price quality was good, we paid only 69€, breakfast incl. But it is definitely not a 4* hotel.

The main sewerage works 0.75 Kilometers down the road and you have to drive past it to get to the hotel

For a country with 25% unemployment why is there no Concierge ? I had to move my own luggage - hardly 4* Hotel standard.

The room was spacious & very quiet, with comfortable beds, good quality linen & huge towels. We used the Dona Brigida for a 1 night stopover on the long drive between the Algarve & France, when a good night's sleep is important. The food in the restaurant (20 euro menu) was edible but not memorable. Breakfast was quite good, although there was heavy emphasis on sweet things.

The decor, especially in the reception area - a lot of dark brown wood & huge chandeliers, which looked quite out of place! Coffee from a machine at breakfast was disappointing.

When you read reviews some times you can not understand what people expect. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The price paid, the service the value for money, and the cleanliness. The location was on the outskirts of Salamanca but as I had transport this was no problem. One of the best hotels I have ever paid for and stayed in

I was travelling from southern spain back to the uk,via santander. we have stayed at the hotel before. very out of the way but easy to find, generally good standard. I stayed because the spa was included. if it was 20 euros extra, I would choose another hotel

in the past they have not included the spa, the restaurants do not open till 8.30pm I appreciate this is spain, but when you are travelling food has to be available a lot earlier,especially as the nearest restaurant is over 5 kilometers away

El trato en Recepción es muy bueno, pero en especial, el trato en el Restaurante ha sido Excelente, con una atención y servicio extraordinarios, además de contar con unos profesionales de primer nivel.

El servicio en el desayuno (buffet) y en la cafetería necesitan mejorar mucho.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, luminosas y bien amuebladas. El hotel dispone de un hall espectacular, con una isla elevada donde se encuentran mesas y butacas, ideal para una reunión de amigos al final dela jornada. El personal muy amable, atendió nuestra petición de tomar solamente un café y una tostada , en lugar del desayuno coompleto

Esta a cuatro km. De Salamanca y un taxis nos cobro 12€ por llevarnos y algo menos por devolvernos al hotel.

Nous descendons régulièrement dans cet hôtel, et toujours avec le mêmes plaisir ,les chambres sont très spacieuses et surtout ne sente pas le renfermée!en plus le spa nous permet une étape détente!!!!!!!!

Comme dans tout les hôtels espagnole,le manque d'entretien de maintenance ( robinetterie mal fixe, prise électrique non alimentée)

La gentillesse du personnel le sens du service qui est vraiment digne d un 4étoile s

El olor a comida y fritanga en todas las dependencias del hotel. Gran parte del spa estaba en obras y sin embargo se cobraba como a pleno rendimiento

El diseño de la habitación, el spa, el desayuno buffet completo.

Pedimos con antelación cama de matrimonio con cama supletoria para niños y nos pusieron en habitación triple con tres camas individuales.
