The location just could not be beaten being right on the doorstep of Seville Cathedral and the Reales Alcazar

The bar terrace was a pleasant surprise.

The check in staff was rude. The rooms were stuffy and dirty. The light fixtures were hanging and exposing wires.

Price We had a room for 3 and at the price it was dark ,no view except for concrete wall, old beds running toilet

Service. We did not have wi fi in the bedroom and when we inform the staff (twice), the first time they said that they never has any complaint of that room(224) and when I told him that I was complaining seems that he did not like it and told me that they will check it. Next day when I complaint that still was no wi fi they just sed that simple there was not wi fi in that room

Close to restaurants.

Bravo if you can drive to this hotel by car. We gave up and parked in a garage and tried to find it by foot. Even standing looking at the Cathedral, it was hard to find. The following morning I noticed a parking garage next door and asked about it. The staff said it's only for small cars and it's not available. Our room had a window over the street, but no balcony in order to actually see anything. The breakfast was terrible! I'm sure it was put out the night before judging by the dried out bread and congealed fruit. Later that day my daughter was sick, which I believe was from the warm yogurt or fruit.

Very good location, friendly stuff, nice veranda and ground floor bars. Excellent room service.

Design. Helpful staff. Perfect location! Cleanliness.

Refusal to serve breakfast, even cereal before the designated time...we had an early flight to catch. Not good enough...it was pre paid and found girl at reception far from pleasant.

Location was AWESOME especially the rooftop cafe . The triple room was perfect for our family. We opted for the breakfast buffet and it was good too. I can not stress how perfect the location was for enjoying Seville. (PS We accidentally left our camera in the room and the hotel mailed it back to us)

Navigation took our car through the tiny narrow streets so it would have been nice for the hotel to have driving instructions.

Hotel needs renovation in many areas and specifically the guestroom bathroom.

Very difficult to get to the hotel, especially if you have a big car. Hotel parking also isn’t suitable for large vehicles (Kia Carnival).

The location was excellent right near the cathederal and easy access to the shops and restaurants. My teenage children could go out and do there own thing and make it back to the hotel by themselves as easy to find near the cathederal. The bar on the rooftop was very relaxing for an afternoon drink. tapas bars nearby
