In an attractive 17th-century building, the Hotel Los Seises by Fontecruz is just 500 ft from Sevilla Cathedral. It features a rooftop pool and terrace with spectacular views of the Giralda.
Score from 731 reviews Very good
Excellent location across from the Cathedral and entrance to Santa Cruz district. You could walk everywhere. They streets were alive with pedestrians at night. Breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding. The staff honored my request for a balcony facing into the square and CathederaI . I would highly recommend this hotel.
The street noise traveled up at night to the third floor. The balcony door was covered with heavy curtains but sometimes you had a large group partying below. If you are a light sleeper opt for an interior room.
a great place that you love it from first sight
Decoration of the hotel.
Apart from the location,a classic feel. Lots of old paintings, fans etc. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Slightly old-fashioned, but I like that.
super old and rundown hotel, you can tell no one cares. Super noisy as well and rooms stinks.
Excellent location and very nice rooftop. Helpful staff.
Bathrooms are clean but need refurbishment.
This hotel is a Pearl in Sevilla. Only trouble is to get through the old city streets to ,reach the hotel. You can take this as an exercise for Your orientation -- but ask the hotel for a guidance map when ordering Your stay. It is situated just in the middle of everything and as With my other recommendations around the world --- once my choice of hotels fits with your own wishes... this little gem is no exception. Just the place I like to return to next time in Sevilla..
Excellent location, within walking distance of anything we wanted to see/do, clean/quiet, rooftop bar nice venue, staff accommodating on room request
Hasrobably the most central location in town. Everything in walking distance. Staff was helpful and also made it possible to park the car. Room is basic, dated but clean. Very nice bar on the rooftop.
It would have been great to receive the detailed road map guiding through the maze of the old town beforehand via email. There are simply no free power plugs in the room. Was lucky to have an extension cable. Unplugged the TV and could recharge batteries. Breakfast was very simple. Silverware and dishes often not clean. Breakfast room hidden somewhere called "crystal room" - but it is actually just a small and cramped back room. Very loud if you are on the street side. There are people and cars going through the narrow street. Also you hear all the noise from the bars on the rooftop and the ground floor.
Tucked into a tiny one-way street, the hotel magically removes your car from its front door to its garage, only for it to reappear with similar magic when you depart.
Position next to Cathedral and restaurants meant we were spoilt for choice with things to do. Fantastic rooftop bar with awesome view and one evening a lovely small group singing flamenco songs. Fabulous value for a central hotel.
Bed was a little hard .
Loved being so close to all the sights especially the cathedral and Alcazar. Walked down to the river in minutes. Loved the rooftop bar overlooking the cathedral and square. Even loved the bells ringing 24/7!
Breakfast was ok but unfortunately in a room with no windows. Need to get another coffee machine as it took so long queuing for coffee/hot water.
Excellent location. Bar staff very friendly and helpful Price good for central Seville
Reception staff efficient but appeared cold and unfriendly. Lots of street noise from bars below until about 2am. Then garbage lorries will keep you awake until about 3 am . Beds too firm for a good nights sleep
Location, location, location. View from the terrace bar, helpfulness of staff.
Pillows were not great.
Very noisy We had 3rd floor superior room - but all day and through the night continuous scraping noise as chairs/tables were moved in the rooftop bar above us
Antique furnishings, excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful room.
Not suitable for car as streets so narrow.
Helpful staff who spoke good English. Glorious terrace bar with fabulous view of the cathedral. Having drinks at sunset will be a long term memory, as will swimming in the roof top pool in November! Very lively location. The night of Halloween was quite noisy with what appeared to be a wondering minstrel group singing at midnight. But it all added to the overall atmosphere. Would certainly go again.
Breakfast would have been quite expensive. We preferred to have it in one of the cafes about 30 seconds walk away.
Nice big room.. lovely bathroom .. very clean.. lovely roof terrace bar staff were lovely and the view from roof terrace was amazing... a perfect location.. This hotel definitely gets the thumbs up
only slight downside was the overpriced breakfast but as so near to everything we found lovely places for breakfast very nearby
Super location with great views from terrace bar. Very clean and furnished with traditional items.
Staff at reception are friendly and helpfull when approached but rarley raise their heads as you enter or leave.
Perfect for exploring the old quarter of Santa Cruz. The rooftop terrace is a peaceful haven to enjoy a drink as the sun slips behind the cathedral. The views from the pool are amazing.
Attentive and obliging service. The roof terrace with its view and pool on a hot day. The staff knew our names and our room which was very helpful. Great to have a drink on the terrace. Superb location! One would be hard put to find a better location to all the sights, etc. as your hotel. We very much enjoyed our staff and would gladly stay again. And recommend it to our friends!
Cannot think of a thing.
Excellent location for a stay in Seville
The hotel is right in the middle of all the action easy access to all the things we wanted to see or do
Parking is a bit of a way from the hotel but not onerous
