Friendly staff who tried their best to help even though my Spanish is very limited We were not informed that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday night until we arrived. Also normally it didn,t open until 9.00pm

Todo correcto. Fuimos para esquiar a Sierra Nevada y su ubicación y precio es muy bueno/a, si no quieres dejarte unos buenos € al hospedarte en Pradollano. Nada. Nos ha gustado todo.

Buen hotel, bien situado tanto en transporte publico como privado de Granada y cerca de la estación de SN, no abusan tanto de los precios como en la propia estación ni como en Granada. Aparcamiento para manitas y vehículos pequeños

El hotel estaba bien para el precio que pagabas, comodo y economico,y al lado de la montaña que sube a sierra nevada. No me gustó que encontre nada mas llegar un pelo en la bañera y el wc tenia restos de suciedad al fondo...

Precio, Calidad,está bien ubicado,comodo facil de llegar,tiene cafeteria y restaurante,la habitaciones muy comodas y modernas asi como el baños limpios y confortables. Mini bar el habitaciones y que el aparcamientos es pequeños.

La verdad es que he salido muy contento. Está al lado de Granada y muy bien comunicado con autobus urbano. También está muy cerca de Sierra Nevada, ya vendré más a menudo para esquiar. Es muy económico. Está todo muy limpio. El personal es muy cercano y agradable.

En general me ha gustado mucho. El trato es familiar y exquisito, las habitaciones y el hotel en general están muy limpios y como recien pintado. El acceso a la carretera de Sierra Nevada es muy bueno para subir a esquiar. Y el acceso al centro de Granada es inmejoroble, con un autobus que te lleva y que pasa cada 5 minutos. Si cenas en el restaurante del hotel, es barato y de calidad aceptable. En mi opinión le faltan dos detalles. Una nevera en la habitación para guardar 4 yogures y algo de fruta, pensando en los peques. Un desayuno algo mas lucido. Practicamente no hay mas que tostadas, y bollería industrial.

Llevamos 3 años viniendo a este hotel porque está cerca de Granada y en el camino a Sierra Nevada. Es más económico que los hoteles cerca de Pradollano y es cómodo, limpio y muy agradable. Incluye un desayuno y el parking es fácil.

La atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones, más tranquilas las que dan a la calle trasera, tienen todo lo necesario. El baño es amplio y moderno. El pan del desayuno, excelente. El menú del restaurante es económico y muy bueno.
