The breakfast was a lot better than expected. The staff was very friendly.
There is no heat in the bathroom, we went in a cold month and this seems normal in the south of Spain though.
The position is halfway from the main train station and the city centre. Very spacious room and double bed, very nice terrace with view over the city. Vending machine in the lobby to get snacks and drinks at any hour.
They change our towels only after 3 days, when we reminded them to do it.
It was clean, the staff was nice and the room for 3 people was a good size. It is in a good location too.
The breakfast was not good.
Location and price
The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.
Location is good near the train station and not too far from the bus station. The staff was really nice and always receptive.
wifi was very bad in the room and the food in the restaurant did not look too good.
Staff friendliness and responsiveness to problems (I was change of room because of a problem with the bathroom). Location. Wifi.
Centrally situated and good value for the money, we would stay there again.
The location The car parking The roof terrace
The fridge that was warm. The request for a high, quiet room was ignored: we were put in a second floor room, surrounded by a large school party of noisy, unruly teenagers, who ran up and down corridors unchecked by any staff until 4.30am.
First night major problem with heating: impossible to turn heating down. Very uncomfortable even with window wide open on 20th December. That plus noise of air con getting temp back up to excessive level prevented sleep. Moved floors next morning, no more problems.
The location was close to many very good restaurants and bars, with close (walking) proximity to both the old town and Cathedral areas.
Too far from a direct bus or rail route to airport. Highly publicised roof area was closed. Buffet breakfast although plentiful was warm and old.
Staff are pleasant
Stair carpet worn/dirty /couldnt access the roof ROOM was tiny poor BEDS and Bath was tiny Not very nice Poor Value
Very good location, excellent value.
It was quite close to the bus stops.
Wifi does not work in the room. Should not say that they have wifi
Almost everything about the hotel
couldn't get the fourth floor with view.
Good location bordering the 'old town'. 10 min from center by walk. Calm. Fair price.
The pool is closed during winter... No view on the city.
The hotels location is within walking distance to the centre and the must see sights. The Hotel itself is friendly, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast consists of a wide choice (the orange was a personal favourite). The lobby is spacious and comfortable just to sit and read, relax or have a drink of the local wine or beer. The roof garden and pool is inviting for that evening cool down after a hot day.
we couldn't get access to the swimming pool during all our stay, and the maids don't speak english or spanish, so i misunderstood the prices for laundry and got a huge bill at the end.
Quiet but within reasonable walking distance of main places of interest. Good size comfortable bedroom with nice bathroom. The area is in no way dangerous, lots of people walking about. We had a good evening meal at ? Los Colonistas in plaza de Burgos which is very close, also found nice cafes and bars in Alfalfa which is also close. Allow plenty of time to visit the Alcazar, it has amazing gardens.
Quite far from plaza des Armas bus station, about half an hour walking with wheelie suitcases. Good idea in future to ask hotel which bus to take, there are plenty of buses.
The staff were great - I arrived about midday and they were kind enough to allow me to check in. The following day I was able to leave my bags in the luggage room. A pleasant stay.
I have no criticisms of this hotel.
Good location, nearly everything is on walking distance. The garage is also very helpful, but since there are only about 10 parking spots, better make a reservation on beforehand. Overall it's a good 3 star hotel.
The isolation of the rooms are "Spanish Style" meaning that you hear every single word of all your neighbors. Wifi (f.o.c in all rooms) worked fine for mobile & Ipad, but wasn't strong enough for laptop, e-mails couldn't be sent from the room
The location is really good, it´s so convenient to access to most main sites by walk, many nice restaurants nearby & closed to the downtown. The room is very clean & comfortable also - great value.
It is very central, the staff was helpful and friendly and the room spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend it!
very nice People (reception, breakfast, cleaning) pool on the Roof with very nice view
not very nice rooms after 5 min in shower always for 1 min cold water cheap execution of renovation
Location Room Bathroom Costumer service
Pillows single beds
The breakfasts were excellent. It was nice to sit on the roof in the afternoon enjoying the pool and wonderful view and sunshine. Staff very helpful. My husband had a medical emergency and they made a difficult situation easier.
All was great....thank you!
