The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They were more than willing to assist with making travel arrangements and excursions outside the city centre. They advised on good places to eat and arranged a free guided tour of a local town. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. There was free tea and coffee available 24 hours per day. There was a member of staff on duty 24 hours per day and the hotel was safe and secure.

Lovely hotel and location Driving and parking in Seville a nightmare. We were told that we could park aroung the corner, but it was impossible. Had to park in an underground carpark 15 mins walk away. Wish we told that at the beginning.

Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of character and a good location – in the more picturesque part of Seville, but not in the very tourist orientated part, so plenty of ,normal' life going on. Great tapas bar a few doors along the street. Spacious tiled private terrace with some of the rooms. A bit noisy – both from the road and from the lobby. Ear–plugs would have solved that one.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The design is more in style with that of the city which makes it more special compared to staying in a modern hotel which you could get in any city! The staff are amazing!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of going to Seville.

Fantastic location, not many tourists, loads of good tapas bars with local people. Close enough to the city entre, bike station nearby which we found very useful! Very friendly staff. Room a bit too small with not a great view. However we only slept there, so it was fine.

Location is great to really see the old city and beyond. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor by the reception / lobby so we essentially didn't sleep over the 4 nights. Generally it is pretty loud and the cleaner makes the most noise I've ever heard, every morning around 8am. Shame as the building is lovely and the staff were helpful. Make sure you have a room on the higher floors!

Beautiful atrium and reception area. Our room also had a sizeable balcony. The hotel is about 2km walk from the bus station, 1.2km from the train. Free coffee is a nice touch Wifi was unreliable, bed small (I am 5'10" and my feet hung over the end when stretched out). There was a fire escape light in our room which was on all night and when I contacted reception they suggested this was the norm. A towel over the light reduced the brightness to a degree.

Nice hotel, very secure and clean. Short walk from a great Tapas bar on the corner. Worth a quick bite to eat at the bar! Room had aircon which was well needed. We had a budget room so very small and not a good view from the room but a great place to rest your head after a busy day sight seeing. Would use the hotel again. Shame there wasn't an option for breakfast.

Great location close to the main attractions, there's a small plaza less than a minute away with a patisserie, tapas bar with good vegetarian selection and menu in English, two beer bars and a general store. If you stay here definitely visit the 'Alamaneda de Hercules' which is a kind of large square, just a few minutes walk away which has loads of bars and restaurants and is buzzing at night. Staff at the hotel were spot on, very helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was really nice and kept offering tea all the time. The lounge has a fountain, which is very relaxing, and pretty andalusi mosaics. Our room was near the entrance which was very noisy.

La cordialità del personale, la posizione e la pulizia L'ubicazione della camera, era situata a fianco della Hall e pertanto molto rumorosa. Versare una cauzione per poter avere il telecomanto di una televisione (molto Antica)
