Excellent service from staff, very clean, nice ambiance in lobby and perfect location. Close to everything but not right in the bustle of down town. Fantastic locals eating area very close by.
The beds were too short and narrow for a comfortable sleep.
The position was great. The same for the entrance hall
The room was too small and the bed unconfortable.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I was greeted by the night clerk who spoke English well and gave me a map and suggested places to see and places to eat. I enjoyed my stay.
We've stayed here three times now - the location is good, the staff are nice and friendly.
Unlike our previous two stays when we were quite happy with the rooms we were given, this time we were placed in a small ground floor room that was grubby, the mattress appeared to be made of sponge and although there were french doors, they opened onto a small area that was enclosed, with a bit of daylight at the top about twenty metres up. This meant there was little or no natural light coming in making it very gloomy. Most irritating of all was the size of the bed - I'm 6 feet three and about half a yard of my legs stuck out of the bottom of the bed. As we were only staying for one night and were pretty tired, we couldn't be bothered to complain or ask for a room change. We definitely wouldn't have stayed in this room for more than one night.
Location great - so were the staff
Windows overlooked reception. Poor privacy - had to keep curtains closed - no good light
Great staff, very helpful and good English spoken. Reception area pretty and comfortable.
Smell in the lift. Bad
Smell bugs and room noise
really helpful staff great location good price
Great Location. Friendly staff.
The bedroom was very clean but had a smell of sewage. I don't know if this is common is Seville during the hot months!
Great welcome, lovely hotel stunning city
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was really convenient and it's great value!
a short walk from the city centre and main attractions of Seville, helpful staff,
small room, old amenities, you have to pay deposit to get TV remote controller, no breakfast available
Nice location, walking distance from the center. Wifi +
the staff was really friendly and the location near to the city center
I booked a double room with terrace and requested 2 single beds. I thought I could choose the bed type. Stupid of me. Anyway, they sent me an email to make sure what room I needed, quick response and they sorted it all out without any hassle. As we stayed in several cities in Spain, we think they were the most friendly and helpful staff we met. Many thanks.
A blanket in the wardrobe was a bit smelly.
Excellent location a short walk from all the sites. Great local bars nearby for a nightcap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and we had a balcony/ terrace which was very nice.
Nothing to note.
Well maintained, elegant but simple Sevillian mansion I had rooms off the grand salon on the ground floor. It is in Centro, a fascinating part of the city, but, unlike Sta Cruz, not dominated by tourism. It is a step away from the oldest bar in Seville, the utterly charming Rinconcillo. San Marco is around the corner. The mushrooms and the top of Calle Sierpies are about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. I moved to this two star hotel after spending five nights in a nearby four star establishment. The arrangments in Don Pedro were far superior. It cost a quarter the price of the four star place. I did not notice any breakfast provision. This suit me fine because I do not take breakfast and, if I were to, I would never do so in a hotel. The wifi was fine except that it did not reliably reach my bedside table. This meant that I was not always able to listen to BBC Radio 4 Exra on iPlayer through the night. The hotel was Michelin rated in 2013. Sadly it seems to have fallen out of favour this year. I wonder what it did wrong?
Apart from the minor problem of the wifi, nothing to report.
Location was perfect Our private terrace was very nice Not expensive Free WiFi
Very noisy Tv did not work The bed was terrible (small and a very soft matras) and gave us both a lot of pain in the back. Not possible to pay wit ha normal bankcard
The location of the hotel is really really good to visit Seville old town.
The room was really really small. Wifi really bad, but as the room was so small we didn't needed wifi that much, as spending time inside the room was no option.
Great location Quiet at night
Bed VERY uncomfortable
The staff was great, and the free wifi made everything easier!
I liked the location. Everything is at the walking distance. Instructions given by the person at reception were amazing and we were able to see mostly everything in one day
Initially they gave us a twin bed room, although we specifically asked for a double bed. But later the staff was generous enough to change our room to a one with double bed.
We were enchanted with this hotel; we especially liked the free coffee in the hotel lobby...every morning and in the afternoon, we sat there enjoying coffee and internet.
The internet signal was not very strong and it was difficult to have a stable connection in our room.
Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. Convenient location. Free coffee available.
Bedrooms were a little shabby. Those at the rear of the building were a bit cramped and dark.
Location, building, atmosphere, very quiet
The coffe machine, would preffer kettle in room
