Not far from the Reus airport.Nice and quiet at night time.No roudy people.~Breakfast/dinner great.Staff friendly.Just love the place.

We were there before,and booked through an Irish agency,but could not get any package holiday this time.We had to book the flights seperate from the hotel.

I picked this hotel at random and was delighted with every aspect of the hotel. Although I am of a generation that no longer appreciates the proximity of young families, this hotel appeared to be one of the best suited to that type of clientel

There was live entertainment each night for both parents and children and the staff were quite friendly and helpful.Our room was cleaned daily and dirty towels replaced with clean ones.The hotel is within walking distance from Salou Center and 5 minutes drive to Porta Ventura.There is a playground outside and games room above the dining room .Nice pool area,even if it was too cold to swim.

The food was buffet style but you have to get a meal ticket each time if you have booked for a meal and that was at reception where you had to wait with people checking in.The food was not quite up to standard for a 4 star hotel and I had booked a quadruple hotel room but arrived to find we were placed in an aparthotel instead and the chambermaid was still making up the room when we were checked in.The washing machines are antique toke operated and only work on one program cycle for 35 minutes regardless of the fabric type you are washing.The dryer just spun the clothes and blew cold -warm air but left clothes damp and I had to drip dry them in the apartment because the wind on the terrace was too strong and could blow our clothes away.The mini club only opened for a short time so the kids had to play in the playground at night with strong winds blowing.Eating in the dining hall was chaotic,noisy and if you arrive late you have to wait for a table as well as at the juice and coffee machines.

Great location and wonderful staff. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the Port Adventure theme park.

Having to pay for drinks during the Afternoon and Evening meals. After paying for the full board meals, I wasn't aware of having to pay for drinks, (milk, coffee and water). If I would of known about this hidden charges, I wouldn't have taken the full board meals. The food wasn't that great and seriously do not think it was worth it.

Very poor quality food look horrible.everyday the same meals.children buffet was including chips hard like stones and hamburgers.where vegetables.for every drink you have to pay even for water.this is 4 star hotel. Most of btitish steakhouses restaurants in area

For our family holiday, access to PortAventura was excellent. It took us only 15 minutes from the hotel. Also the beach and shops were only a 10 minute walk. Even though we arrived at the end of the season (halloween break) there was entertainment for the family most nights. There is a lovely swimming pool (didn't get to use it because of weather!) and during the hot weather it must be great.

The room was a bit noisy as we were situated over the main bar area. It didn't bother us as we were up anyway but if you had smaller children or wanted an earlier night it might have made sleep or rest a bit difficult.

The staff was outstanding with special Thanks to Anna, Alexandra, and Santi. They went out of their on every question I had. It was am excellent stay.

Good hotel with very good food

The friendly, attentive staff; the wide selection of food; the rooms; and the location (walking distance from Port Aventura, the beach, the center of town, and the main bus stops).

The system of buying restaurant tickets; the lack of room service and bottled water in the mini-bar (which would have been alright if we were sure that the tap water was drinkable); and the ineffectiveness of the hairdryer in our bathroom.

You have to leave a deposit for using the fridge and to get a remote for the TV. In a 4 star hotel ...

The beds & pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to puerto aventura with a fare price per value. The hotel is nice and pleasant the location is pretty good as well (near the center of town).
