Cleanliness of hotel, bedroom very comfortable and bathroom fully equipped Arrived at 13.00 and had to return 30 mins later as the room was not ready. Went out of season so would be concerned if this was in high season. Lack of coffee/water facilities in room

- An extra bed for free for our little kid. - The room was of reasonable size. - The hotel has its own garage (however you can only enter it with receptionist). - When we arrived, the receptionists couldn't speak any of English, French or German. Yes, it was a 3 star hotel in Europe with quite a few German speaking guests, and the receptionist could not speak any of these three languages... And bilingual staff is actually a requirement for a 3 star hotel. I wonder what was their second language?... The second receptionist which appeared one hour after our arrival did understand some English. - The breakfast in the hotel is very limited in comparison to other hotels.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. However, it is not close to the town's historical area which for me it was the main reason to visit.

A mi personalmente me ha parecido bien el trato, la habitación y la tranquilidad. No hay mucho personal pero es suficiente cuando tu cometido es ir a visitar el pueblo. Desayuno siempre el mismo. Los mismos dulces y poca variedad donde elegir. Sin embargo lo que ponían no estaba mal.

Le personnel était très serviable et toujours disponible. La formule demi pension ( petit déjeuner et dîner ) est à recommander. Petit déjeuner à volonté avec des produits typiquement espagnols. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la fiche descriptive de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de parking privé. Il faut se garer dans la rue mais en général il n'y a pas de problème à trouver une place proche de l'hôtel.

La limpieza, el confort, el buen servicio, el trato del personal, el desayuno, la habitación y el aseo estaban bien. Como mejora sugerimos dos almohadas individuales. Recomendamos este hotel La cama de matrimonio era peque;a, de largo y ancho, estaba un poco mal aislada la ventana ya que se colaba ruido y frio

Como siempre un placer volver a este hotel, es la tercera vez que voy, y seguro que volveré, las habitaciones están limpias, nunca he tenido ruido, el personal muy amable, y a 15 minutos andando del centro, un bar cercano para tapear muy recomendable llamado Bar Seba.
