The rooms where very spacious and clean. The pool was quieter around baby pool which was good. There was a good choice of food but wasn't hot just warm. The grounds of the hotel was lovely. You had the opportunity to use dun as suites in the evening where the entertainment was better. If you wanted to go into the centre or the beach it is about 15minute walk or 3euros in a taxi.

The hotel entertainment in the evening was in French. There was a disco until 1am but all songs was in French or Spanish with 1 or 2 English songs thrown in. In the evening there was only one person serving in the bar on some nights. There was no air con in the rooms so we had to hire a few fans and even then it was still hot.

    Everything other than the staff

Reception staff need customer service training

Friendly, courteous, hard-working staff. Accommodation itself was lovely. Our 20-month old son loved the bungalow, garden, pool and entertainment.

Generally I found the food was nothing special for a place of this class/star rating. I certainly won't be recommending it to my vegetarian friends.

You have to pay extra for almost everything, even for a towel to use outdoors. No free wi-fi is a big minus to me. The staff is not very friendly.

Convenient location. Very clean site. Buffet food repetitive

Really aimed at young families with children.

Good hotel arrangement if you have a car, with free parking.

Be careful with these people. I booked my room a few moths in advance, but 4 days prior to my arrival Ms. Abrante told me that the room was not available anymore. Then she spent the next days offering different locations, either far from the coast next to the highway, or in a crowded hotel with no parking. After we finally found an agreement, the day BEFORE my arrival, while I was already traveling, she sent an email to change again the location back to the original hotel. Totally unreliable. And this is a common habit (see also the other opinions for Dunas hotels). Dinner is basically a buffet with the same food as breakfast, and just a few more hot dishes.

The place is very nice looking, dedicated for quite holiday - mostly aged people and families with kids. Location is perfect for going out (shops, restaurants). No problem to find a place near a pool any time of a day.

Choise of drinks available for dinner is rather poor, with HB package we preferred to drink outside. No heating in bungalow makes appartment not comfortable with night temperature in winter below 20 deg. Very poor animation.

I stayed here for my honeymoon for one week, The bungalows were as pictured and very pleasent. I stayed on a half board basis, (Breakfast/Dinner only) I was given the option to swop lunch & dinner any day I liked. Food Was Excellent! Lots of choice, you would really have to be a very picky eater to not find something to enjoy. There is a bus down to the beach available from the hotel, otherwise it is a bit of a walk. Ajoining shop is a bit overpriced (as you would expect) Bamboo Garden restaurant just outside the gates is very nice and very reasonably priced. I had let the hotel know on my booking form that it was a special occasion and the very kindly left a gift for us in the room which was a lovely touch

Half Board does not incude any drinks. As a result I was charged for a Bottle of Water (not much, maybe €2 or something) - when in fact I had taken a glass of water from the water cooler. A little mean I thought especially as we had wine with dinner every night and made sure to leave a tip. Check-in was just a little bit impersonal, the desk was only slightly busy but a smile would not have gone amiss.
