The food was excelent . I liked the pool and ,especially ,the pool bar :) . The location of the hotel is far from the ocean ,next to the highway and ,especially in the night ,you can hear the cars passing.

Nice swimming pool with spa. Plenty of sun beds Staff were incredibly rude (with the exception of the reception staff who were very helpful and polite)? The food was less than exciting

Friendly staff, good selection and quality of food. Comfortable room which was very clean. Pool area too crowded. No alternative quieter sunbed area. Some rowdy guests who took advantage of all inclusive facility by drinking too much and behaving noisily late at night.

Food best ever anywhere in 40 years of travel. Staff most obliging. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful design of grounds, pools etc. Location...not central to any kind of life...not even walks. Totally dependent on taxi transport...which indeed was instantly available.

stayed 31/12/11 to 7/1/12. food excellent. even our fussy kids found something they liked at every meal. rooms clean and also heated pool ideal for january holiday. animation team were very cheery and helpful. some of the hotel staff were downright rude, especially some of the reception staff. (young tall guy, black hair, Jonas i think) most staff were not willing to smile.

The all staff make very comfortable in all little details doing for me a big impression! At beginner seeing the hotel at map, I thought was more close from the beach, The information needs to be more clear, 3km from a beach is too expensive even if u have a bus available till 12 departing from the hotel to there and the wi-fi is free. Just theses points I would like the complement not about the hotel but in my point of view the web site Fault.

El servicio ha sido inmejorable. El personal muy amable y la comida muy rica. Las piscinas estaban limpias y no habia problemas para acceder a una tumbona. Había hormigas en el baño y la mesilla de noche.

Sijainti oli pyöräreissullemme erinomainen, helppo lähteä moneen suuntaan eri reiteille. Hieno allasalue ja all inclusive toimi komiasti, riittävän terveellistä ja maittavaa ruokaa. Henkilökunta osasi vastata kaikkiin mieleen tulleisiin kysymyksiin. Taksitolppa heti hotellin pääovien vieressä. Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen. Tämän tason hotellista ilmaisen nettiyhteyden puuttuminen oli varsin ikävää.

El personal es fantástico y muy amable, y las piscinas están muy bien. Nos dieron una habitación muy vieja y alejada de la zona de piscinas, con cortinas rotas y un televisor viejísimo que solo pillaba de la 1 a la 5. La comida bien pero los postres muy flojos.

El complejo, comida esta bien calidad-precio. El horario del snack del todo incluido. Tiene el mismo horario que el buffet almuerzo cuando lo ideal sería entre almuerzo y cena como en otros sitios.

Lo Que mas me ha gustado ha sido la variedad de comida y la calidad de muchas. También la piscina de agua climatizada, me resultó magnífica. No me gustó Que entregaran la habitación sin antes verificar Que esta todo en perfectas condiciones de uso, ya Que el servicio técnico tuvo Que cambiar una de las camas se mi habitación porque estaba rota.

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones, sobre todo las piscinas. El buffet también era muy completo La limpieza de las habitaciones no se hacía ni los jueves, ni los domingos y el kit del baño sólo consistía en un par de sobres de gel y de champú y además no los reponían.

El desayuno buffet excelente con muchísima variedad y la cena bien, aunque cobran las bebidas en media pensión. Un punto a favor: en ambos están cocinando en la plancha tortitas, huevos, pollo recién hechos. Las piscinas excelentes y el área muy cuidada, con bar en la piscina con precios razonables. Las habitaciones exteriores tienen vistas a la playa muy bonitas desde el balcón. Puedes alquilar un coche o reservar excursiones directamente en el hotel. También hay préstamo de toallas de playa por un euro. Hay varios autobuses al día desde el hotel a la playa de Maspalomas. Hay una parada de taxis al lado del hotel. El hotel no tiene parking, pero el recepcionista te puede decir una explanada para aparcar muy cerca.

Personal con buena disposición hacia el cliente, buena calidad del buffet en relación al precio y permiso para continuar en la piscina tras la hora de salida. Hamacas reservadas con toallas desde primera hora a pesar de no estar permitido y recogida de las mismas desde dos horas antes al cierre de la piscina. La ubicación lejana a la playa (aunque tiene servicio de transporte pero limitado) y la zona de ocio nocturno.
