This was my second time staying here and I had a wonderful time!!! So relaxing, the room was so comfortable and the choice of food and drinks is incredible! The staff are lovely, in particular the young man from Hungary on reception and the smiley, friendly girl with glasses that greeted everyone into the restaurant. We will be back!

General cleanliness was very good and the rooms we're tidy. Other than the bar staff generally they were very helpful.

There seems to be about 300 people to many for the facilities in the hotel. The restaurant was a nightmare, it was rowdy and very poorly managed. The food was repetitive and of limited choice. The bar staff were quite arrogant and only looked after the people who sat constantly around the bar.

The proximity to the Palm Oasis where we staying for a further week. The welcome of the staff , the balcony , range and quality of the food.

The noise levels in the restaurant. No kettle in the room

lovely pool, perfect location with near by all tourist attractions, food in restaurant was lovely with good variety, staff was exceptionally friendly, especially animation team

access with buggy in certain areas was restricted, especially block F. it would greatly benefit with lift from ground floor or part of main stairs to be transferred for buggy access

We came here the 13th of march, not expecting much from reading some of the reviews, but boy, were we happy here! We stayed for two great weeks..... didn‘t want to leave though! This was the best romantic getaway ever! We arrived and were given a great room in the B building, top floor, so we had the sun all day long. It was so cozy, clean and comfortable. The maids did a great job cleaning every day. The food was good, different food every night, with random themes. We loved fighting for the best sunbeds in the morning, great start of the day! The swimning pool is great. We both love to swim and it was the perfect lenght for that exercise. We expected it to be freeeeeeezing according to so many reviews. But, the thing is, it‘s not colder than any other pool in the whole Island. It was so nice to cool down, in this perfect tempature. If you need a warmer pool, there is a small one next to the big one, wich is heated. So enjoy! We enjoyed the free bus to the beach, but it would be good to annonce that it goes to Maspalomas beach, not the Playa Inglés, wich was fine though, because Maspalomas beach has less traffic and is really nice. Now, about the animation team! Du du duuuuu...!!! We enjoyed every single activity they offered and the Animation team worked really hard to keep everyone entertained, wich we were, day and night. We immediately connected with the team and they showed us a great time. We do miss Walentin, Matej, Eva, Niek and Barbara though very much and would have stayed longer if possible because of them. One thing they are missing though, they could really use some new gadgets, such as rifle, bow, dartboard, e.t.c. wich they deserve. They do their best with their old stuff, but it would be so much easier for them and everyone if they had working equiptments, wich would make the activities faster. So please, hotel management people, give these hard working entertainers the equiptments they need.

Early breakfast on departure date was dry toast. So we had to go home with an empty stomach. :(

    Rooms were cleaned everyday

Once you paid your money , you got the distinct feeling that you were the last person that was welcome at this complex . The pool bar(only bar)refused you an actual glass for your drink , even at night, which I thought was especially insulting to the ladies, even thougt it was self service the constant use of plastic cups cheapened the occasion and would certainly wear on you after a few days. Turns out you got a glass if you bougth a drink from menu.(plenty of waiters but no waiter service) The all inclusive meals, were the absolute basic that I have come across. Very limited choice , only one (1) buffet counter, the same on both sides, mostly salads and cold meats, very little choice of hot dishes most of which were pastas or rice dishes. Drinks self service and at the entrance of dining room. Tableware, self service, including napkins and for all meals (not worth € 800.00 + for self service buffet, not of aanyone's money) Breakfast and lunch was the same unpleasant ritual as dinner. At night it can get cold at this complex as it is enclosed on all sides, and the only bar is the pool bar at the opposite end of complex to reception. There are many steps to negotiate in this complex and some ramps, but it can be hard to do so for anyone that is elderly or infirm. The only block with direct access from reception is block e , blocks a, b and f have many, many steps to climb to gain entrance. The pool is "policed"until 9am every morning by an overzealous pool guy who will remove all items from sunbeds immediately. The pool itself was not cleaned during the week spent there. There are cats roaming the complex and drinking from swimming pools, lots of broken tiles around pool deck.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The seafront at Maspalomas, 3 miles away from the hotel, was excellent.

There was a lot about this hotel I didn't like. The general ambience of the hotel was uninviting. The quality and the variety of the food offered in the buffet was very poor. The restaurant was like a canteen, with unset garden like tables and was extremely noisy. The competition for loungers at the the pool was ferocious and if you did not try and reserve a lounger then you did not get one. I will never stay in this hotel again

Best all inclusive we have experienced. Superb entertainment, very well run. A holiday with lots of smiles and laughter

It's a little way from the beach, but then there is always the free shuttle bus.

Really good all-inclusive deal. We asked for quiet room on top floor and were allocated excellent room - great large balcony in the sunshine all day! Food from the carvery was always excellent.

    No complaints!

There was a big variety of food in the buffet. The staff in the reception was very pleasing and smiley :)

The cocktails (mojito, piña colada...) came from a machine, and had a lot of water in them. We had to cross the entire swimmingpool area to get to our room, and there were parts with no ramps. We had to carry our heavy luggage through the stairs. The water of the pool was sooooo cold :/

The room that we had was spacious and had an excellent view of the pool. The all-inclusive was good at the bar with a good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly.

The choice was poor for the buffet apart from bread and salads. The pool area only had sun on one side and as a result there was overcrowding on the sun side. The seats were pre-booked very early in the morning with towels.

The biggest buffet we have ever seen, huge variety, good quality food, very well staffed dinning room. Excellent pool area plenty of activities. Regular free beach shuttle bus. Big rooms, well equipped.

If you are in C block you may get soot on your balcony from the incinerator ,but that seems only to be an annoyance at night.

Stayed there in january 2014. Value for money. Very clean hotel with helpful staff, large quiet rooms and 2 nice pools. Located by the highway and shopping mall. Free bus to the beach, cab to the centrum 5 euro.

It is a 3 star hotel so do not expect 4 stars. No fridge in the room, food ok and a lot but nothing spectacular. All included in only one pool bar and in restaurant with limited choice.

We found at least seven flies in the room and the toilet was out of order. The room was on the back of pool bar that continiously produced bad smell and noises all day long. The dinner was the worst I had ever had in Europe for eight years. If you want to undergo it, I sincerely reccomend this hotel.

We arrived before check in but no problem. We were given our room key and wrist band and off we went to enjoy the hotel. Great little touch was the bottle of champagne which was put in our room. I thought that was a great touch.

Pool was cold as heating motor broke but they were on it to fix it.
