swimming pools are large and clean, the hotel is nicely built and decorated, large rooms there was a constraction in front of hotel starting from 8am every day, so we couldn't sleep and couldn't spend time on balcony. The food wasn't good quality at most, free wine and free beer were horrible. If you'd like to go the beach, you better rent a car, otherwise you are in trouble. Too many people in hotel- the heated pool is full of children, so you can't swim. |

I felt that the cleanliness was of a very high standard I also felt that all the staff where very friendly and accommodating. There was a great variety of great tasting food, the hotel was very well layed out and quite spacious. I thought that although the hotel offered great facilities its location was quite secluded from any entertainment or shopping facilities outside of the hotel. |

Die freundlichtkeit von die Angestellten und die geraümigen Zimmern nicht so gut war das Restaurant weil es viel zu laut ist und leider das einer am Meer zu schlecht gefürht. |

bra rom med meget fin utsikt til havet og gomera (øy), fine basenger, bra lekeplass for barn under 6 år. maten var kjedelig og veldig lik hver dag kald middag underholdningen var slitsom og den varte til barene stengte hver kveld |

et helvede langt ude på landet og med børne pool skrig hele dagen. de 3 resturanter der på jeres web site blev lovet var 3 stk buffet æde dig ihjel steder der var af ufattelig dårlig kvalitet vi opgav at spise på hotellet som helt igennem må beskrives somet badeland med gratis pomfritter og pølser. ja kald det hvad det er !!!! |

la dimensione della camera cambio lenzuola,solo dopo 4 giorni e su richiesta. la prenotazione era per una stanza vista mare mi è stata data una camera vista piscina al piano terra a 2 mt dalla piscina con tutti i rimori che ne conseguono.la camera, dopo le mie lamentele mi è stata cambiata con una simile ad un piano più alto,il 7/o dove finalmente si poteva anche vedere un po di mare. Da segnalere inoltre che più di un holtel,si tratta di un villaggio turistico con tanto di braccialettino di riconoscimento,cosa che non ho gradito. altra cosa che ho gradito poco è l'animazione quotidiana.non lo coniglierei a coppie in vacanza ma soloamente a famiglie con figli chiassosi. |

Schöne Zimmer,freundliches Personal, Zu wenig Liegen am Pool,abgesperrter Pool bis 9h und überwacht,man musste seine Handtücher gleich um9h auf die Liege legen,sonst hatte man keine Chance auf einen Platz.Die zimmer waren bei Ankunft sauber,während des Aufenthalts wurde nachlässig sauber gemacht.Das Reinigen der 2 Zimmer dauerte nicht länger als 5-10 Minuten. |
