Vital Suites Hotel & Spa  

Pool and Spa are excellent. Also the price makes the accommodation 'exclusive' Suites are basic for the price charged but bar and restaurant prices are reasonable for a hotel of this standard. You get a small and friendly feel about the place and staff are excellent. Views also brilliant.

Rather pricey but for a few days indulgence its well worth it! If you intend staying in the hotel all day and using the facilities its well worth it.

It was simply a wonderful experience. The staff made it extra special.

Excellent quiet location with good views across the golf course towards the sea. Suites were large, if a little minimalistic. Hotel grounds spacious. I chose half board and found the breakfast buffet good, with excellent choice. Being June, dinner was served at your table on the terrace and although you had only a choic of two starters,main course and dessert, they were all excellent and extremely well presented

Very poor laundry facilities. I handed in laundry on Thursday morning at 8am and was not returned until the following Monday,having been told it would be returned on Friday. The is no laundry facilities on site and no ironing facilities in the room. This meant having to purchase an iron. Only one visible power point in either of the rooms of the suite that was situated behind a waste high refridgerator - not an ideal location. No english language television channel. The location of my Suite not ideal and could be overlooked by 11 other suites!. I asked for quiet location and I overlooked access to staffing area where cleaning/food trollies were in use morning and evenings and often lots of conversation by staff. - note: these are meant as constructive comments

Very helpful and professional staff. Good and healthy meals, especially during dinner time, good sizes of courses. Breakfast buffet extraordinary good. Cleanliness of rooms and other facilities very good. Usage of spa was superb. Location and surroundings excellent.

Appearance of suites a little outdated.

Absolutely fantastic hotel when considering the cost in particular. Very comfortable rooms, and also notably not ripping off single travellers, with a lovely peaceful pool area - no battles for sun loungers here. The breakfasts were excellent, and having paid for the dinner too, I can only say that it was incredible value, and superbly cooked, presented and served.

Service trolleys being pushed along tiled floors in the alleys behind rooms from 0700 Hrs every morning. The music - which admittedly was pleasant enough - being constantly 'looped' in the restaurant. When staying for 7 nights this gets somewhat repetitive. Minor complaints though because as I have said, for the money, Vital Suites and Spa really was good value.

Very friendly staff from check-in through to breakfast and bar staff. Room was huge and very clean. Grounds of the hotel very well kept and lush. Breakfast was great...huge choice and eggs cooked in front of you however you like. Easy walking distance to Yumbo and the dunes/beaches. No car park but plenty of on-street parking just outside the hotel. Lovely views from pool bar area over the golf course and dunes.

Wifi - available at reception which was good, but would have been great if available in the rooms too. Paying to use the safe in your room seems a bit stingy. Ideally a few more English channels on the TV. There's only so much 24 hour news channels you can watch when the weather's bad outside. Also an iron in the room would be very handy.

weinig negatieve punten,tenzij het diner van de italiaanse kok was voor ons belgen toch ietsje speciaal bereid (tym,en ander kruid ) je moet daar open voor staan ,en is bijgevolg persoonlijk. een hotel om volledig tot rust te komen met in de onmiddelijke omgeving weinig te beleven ,we zijn daar 3 nachten verbleven en vonden dat voldoende . wel prachtig zicht op de en duinen van maspalomas. zeer verzorgde aan het zwembad met uitstekende bediening. prachtige welness op -2 ,bij n mindere goede dag prima verpozing . toch wel aanrader en zeker voor iemand die moet recupereren.

Le fait que l'hôtel soit petit, ce qui est rare à Maspalomas. Et la suite, qui est très spacieuse par rapport à une chambre d'hôtel classique.Et la très jolie vue sur le golf et les dunes, dans un quartier de petites résidences, loin des horribles immeubles de la ville. Les repas sont très bons.

Le canapé du salon sentait un peu la transpiration. Et il n'y avait pas de serviettes spéciales au spa.

Le personnel sympathique et accueillant la chambre propre et spacieuse la nourriture du restaurant le soir ainsi qu'au bar les apres midi la piscine interieure dont une heure reservee le matin aux enfants pataugeoire exterieure bon compromis pour des vacances avec des enfants

L'hotel est un petit peut eloigné de la plage petite salle de sport

Mooi, rustig! Hotel met fantastisch uitzicht over de duinen, de golfbaan en Maspalomas. Aardig personeel. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Wellness met fijne sauna,Turks-bad en prachtig zwemgedeelte in Romeinse stijl met diverse bubbelbaden. Op loopafstand geweldig lekker en leuk Italiaans restaurant,ILSAPORE italiano da savino, Avenida de Trajana 17. Eigenaar, geboren Italiaan, spreekt goed Nederlands en entertaint bovendien de gasten met zang/muziek.

Bedden wat hard. Kwaliteit van het diner matig tot onvoldoende.

Einmal Vital Suites - immer Vital Suites!

Zeer goede ligging,kleinschaligheid,rust,goed avondeten wat aan tafel wordt geserveerd,uitstekend ontbijt.Een pareltje in een massale toeristische omgeving.

oude receptionist bij aankomst was erg kortaf en sprak slecht engels.
