Great location near La Rambla and Dali Museum. Parking was 15 euros but it was worth it to get off the crowded streets and actually have a place to park, whether sleeping or exploring the museum.

Everything is perfect, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed for the price we paid. The personnel was very helpful, the rooms better than most 4 star hotels we stayed, the food was amazing, the location is just in the centre. Absolutely no complaints

The Duran, two steps from the main town square and therefore very close to all the restaurants and shops and a very short walk to the Dali museum, was recently renovated. The bathroom was large, smart lighting and all done in mirrors and tiles. The room was a very good size for European hotels, the bed very comfortable and we had a charming patio attached to our room with a table and two chairs and some lovely plants around the edges. All very nice. Would recommend it to anyone. Plus it has a first class restaurant on the main floor.

We loved this hotel and Figueres. Our standard room was very spacious, comfortable, modern and quiet. Very convenient to the Dali Museum and the shopping district. Ten minutes walk to the train station. We had two excellent meals (dinner 1st evening, lunch 2nd day) in the old and picturesque restaurant which has been in existence since the mid-1800s.

Hotel Duran was well situated in the heart of Figueres and just a short walk near to the Dali Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends. We would certainly stay there again. The restaurant is well reknowned for it's cuisine and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant at lunch time.

Hotel location, cleanliness and personnel were excellent. Communication was easy in Spanish, French, English or Catalan. Do not eat in the resaurant in the off season! Dishes must have been frozen and then reheated. Even the ice cream was old and frost crystaled.

Great place, but we had to move our room because the room smelled like a dead mouse was in the heating vent! Moved to new room but new room had a problem with the heater. Staff fixed heat immediately. Stay was great. Good place especially location to Dali Museum, staff spoke many languages, which was great.

The restaurant food and service was excellent! Beds and blankets very comfortable. Great location, easy walking distance (5 minutes) to Dalí museum and other sites and museums in town. We used this as a base for 5 nights and took day trips around the area - to France (20-30 minutes away), Los Empúries (the Greco-romano city ruins - 1 hour), Cadaquéz (1 hour), etc. Tourist information office just a block away. Parking nearby for 15€ a night is a bit high, but with parking on the street difficult to find, there's not much choice in the matter, unfortunately. Hotel rooms do not have a minibar.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. room was clean and nice. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk from Dali museum. When checking out, there was no problem leaving our luggage at the hotel, as well as our car in the parking. Parking in the hotel's garage costs additional money.
