Horrible food: serving restovers on next day, all the week was all the same on buffet, shiefs don't know what thay cook of (we had to ask because of allergy) Result was- our 1,5 years old daughter was sick all night. Spa open only till 17-00, so if you want to be out on daylight- you can't reach it. Supper starts only at 19-30 so all the evening extremily nothing to do. Rooms falling apart, looks new, but if you touch smth- it falls out :) All hotel inerior looks like a hospital- white walls and nothing else. Don't reccomend it!

Seating area not comfortable. Food not good. Most peapole we spoke to didnt like the hotel. Car parking exspensive and arkward to use and drive into.

The staff were all very helpful and very friendly.On our last day . we had a problem with our transfer and the lady on reception named sue was most helpful and sorted our problem out for us. I would like you to say thank you on our behalf or if you would e mail me with her e mail address I will thank her myself on behalf of all of us. She helped us on a couple of things and was very nice. We visit Benidorm about 4 times per year and would definitely stay again on the next occasion. Thank you so much

The food was spot on, I can be funny with food but I had no problems.

Location was great. All buses for attractions stop outside. Food is plentifull and air condition rooms. Nice big balcony and staff are friendly

Not much selection for snacks but this isnt an issue but as im being asked then I will mention it.

Room was very large and spacious well kept ,very clean. Pools a little on the small side for the size of hotel.

With being elderly couple would have liked a hand rail to help get in and out of bath. somewhere to hang wet things on balcony instead of over the balcony rail.

Mooie prijs voor een midweek. Kamer was schoon en werd goed schoon gehouden en de badkamer ook. Dicht bij het strand. Goed ontbijt niks over te zeggen. Eindoordeel wij hebben EUR 261,- betaald voor een midweek in Dynastic er is altijd wat op of aan te merken maar de prijs viel mee en alleen met het ontbijt al meegerekend denk ik dat het een goede deal is! Wij zijn twee avonden gewoon lekker ergens anders gaan eten in de avond.

Het avondeten was niet lekker en iedere dag bijna hetzelfde hier en daar een kleine aanpassing. Is er op gemaakt om veel mensen snel te voorzien van iets te eten. Vet druipt ervan af. Onze kinderen hebben zich gestort op het toetje dit was heel goed te doen. Voor kleine kinderen tijdstip van eten laat pas om 19.30 uur. Spa is alleen toegankelijk voor 9,- per persoon per dag voor halfpension gasten dit wisten wij niet van tevoren dus ook niet in geweest.. Hotel richt zich vooral op de all inclusive formule.

la amplitud de la habitacion y el personal, el hotel muy justito.

los colchones, las almohadas (los dos tremendamente usados y en mal estado) y los accesorios de cortesia en el baño(eran inexistentes), un hotel para una ó dos noches, no mas.

Es un hotel para extranjeros , yo me senti como si no estuviera en mi pais. Y las cuatro estrellas es mucho , con tres va bien servido.
