Score from 97 reviews Good
Excellent wifi quality
Dull, tired decor (looked like it hadn't seen any maintenance for a decade or so). Seems to be a problem with the drains.
Private Parking availability. Spacious duplex rooms and good breakfast.
Not easy to park in the basement.
Location, pool side, clean place... weather in Madrid...
The staff was not very friendly and speak average english (except 1 guy). In the room they put us in, you had the impression in the morning that the maid were actually inside the room, the walls are not sound-proof apparently.
The closest to the metro
The wall were dirty The furniture were old To big for me th room and the bathroom was smallest one ever known
• Comfortable • Spacious • Not far from the Metro • Friendly, helpful staff • Restaurants nearby
• Weak Wi-Fi signal
Friendly staff, well designed functional suites appropriate for our need as a family with young children.
Buffet Breakfast is too pricy.
I made a mistake on my booking but they found a solution for us at no extra charge. Brilliant service. The room is big and comfortable, swimming pool is a plus. Very good value for money
There should be a basic but cheaper option available for breakfast. The sofa bed could be more comfortable but the hotel overall is very good.
restaurants in the neighborhood rather small, but good to have pool large duplex room nespresso machine (but rather expensive caps) breakfast with lots of fresh fruit
parking space, limited in nr and limited in height (difficult to access with a roof top box) neighborhood is a bit dark and shady at night, never felt unsafe, but not safe either it's a bit out of downtown, but you know that if you stay there - 20 mins by subway easy to Gran Via
The staff were excellent. I was always taken care of well and promptly
Large well appointed suite
Noise from the street
Size of room
Bathroom was too small; pillows uncomfortable; kitchenette not adequate; too much light in the morning as curtains didnt cover window. Location was rough and out of the way.
Plain and normal hotel, nothing stands out.
Suprised that the pool was closed except in July and August. The stairs are always a big worry for the little children that may be dangerous. There were some early signs of degradation.
The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and did their best to accommodate our group. The hotel also has very modern facilities. For being rated a 4 star hotel, it wasn't expensive.
The breakfast buffet could have been better (not a lot of choice, especially hot food). The location was also not so convenient (a little far from the nearest metro station). But the area around the hotel is safe (at no time did we feel unsafe).
It accommodated us (2 adults and 3 children) in one room. Was 3 blocks from the Metro with easy access to town. The staff were more then helpful and arranged some of our extra transport needs.
very clean, comfort, staff friendly, big rooms,
location is so far of the sol or center, apartment doesn't contain kitchen
The Suite was so nice, enough space, free place to parking out side the hotel.
You should remind hotel staff to clean or any other need like putting shampoo and changing bed sheets.
Fantastic location for exploring Madrid 5 minutes from the metro. Good area for bars and restaurants and a short walk away lots of shops. Clean modern spacious comfy beds and very good value for money.
Pool a bit small and really cold even on a 34° day. The Gym is in the building next door. No kettle or toaster both of which would have been very handy with children.
It was advertised as a self catering apartment with kitchenette, yet this consisted of a fridge, sink and microwave. There was no cutlery or bowls so we had to eat cereal from a cup with a plastic yoghurt spoon each morning and then cut sandwiches with the 'blade' on the wine corkscrew. I feel this is unacceptable to be advertised as a kitchenette yet not provide any facilities.
Good size rooms, huge terrace which never gets used, very relaxed property around the corner to a Main Street with all the conveniences you need, recommended if not needing to be central
If you wished to be in central Madrid this property would not suit as its 30mins on metro. Would be a lot better if the bar actually opened & the restaurant cooked / sold food! No English tv channels
