Lovely, well equipped, comfortable apartment located in the old town. Home from home, with very helpful staff.

Wish it had a roof terrace

Upon arrival we were were kindly informed about the apartment, the environment and the information Carmen gave us together with a clear citymap was perfect. We also liked the complete inventory which made it possible to fix our own meals when necessary. A couple of supermarkets were very close by and the Mercat Central is a good location to buy fresh meat, fish, vegetables and fruit.

Carmen the manager was really helpful showing us on the map how to get everywhere. Apartment so conveniently pplaced for all sights. Perfect for a city trip

The apartments really felt clean, light and airy. Ana gave us complete information and help on the city. There was also parking right across from the apartment which was really handy (it came with an extra charge but parking seems to come at a premium in Valencia).

Verywell located, very confortable for a family of 5 (3 small children) but above all very nice and professional personnel!! We were visiting Valencia in the eater period. We were desperate to wash clothes and given that all the nearby launderettes were closed, Pilar very kindly told us we could use their washing machine...! Thank you!!

The noise even though it was never too bothering

Cheerful Carmen who talked about her city and explained it. Centrally located in historical Valência district. All at walking distance. Good car park. All kind of restaurant around. Arrival and departure well organized.

Carmen (manager) very welcoming and helpful, with plenty of ideas and advice for our stay in Valencia. Clean and good sized rooms. Location superb within 5 mins walk from "old town" centre.

Lack of sound insulation towards road. Kitchen sink could do with an overhead light.

Parking was very convenient. Rental staff was prompt, helpful, gracious and kind. Location was fine. Apartment was well maintained and stocked with supplies.

People noise at night was high. Overly imbibed Valencians seemed to think that our street was a great passage way and conversation point. Bedrooms were tight.

well located and we were upgraded as it is not a busy time of the year

Very Spacious & good facilities. If slight negative you have to take into consideration parking for your stay. It has it opposite apartment with electronic doors as we were in a 9 seater Vito the access was very small going into car park. Anyway why i'm mentioning this as it's an extra 45 euro's& it's a must so shouldn't be an extra....the apartment is right in what I consider to be an excellent area for choice for whatever the traveler.

Pretty much every thing : Very bad neighborhood Noisy Dark Poor ventilation - couldn't open the windows without all the noise coming in, so we opted for closed windows for some sanity. But still couldn't sleep because of all the noise.

Impressive apartments, very clean and nicely decored with style. The Building itself its amazing. Ana, Betty and Carmen are the wonderfull staff of Palomar, maybe also better of the apartments

The apartments are well located to the old town and in walking distance to most tourist attractions. The staff were excellent and the room was beautifully decorated and clean. We particularly enjoyed staying in the ground floor studio. Parking was excellent with the garage across the road.

Close to all the major sights within walking distance. Detailed instructions and helpful sightseeing guidance available from the manager. Appartment is excellent.

Increased noise level since close to one of the major restaurant/bar areas. Building standard is good, but walls are southern-like standard, i.e. you will most likely hear your neighbours coming at night.

Beautiful old house with modern and clean appartments inside.

Apartment was very well equipped and very spacious. Garage parking was very convenient, and only a short walk to old town tourist attractions (cathedral tec)

I really enjoyed my time at Edificio Palomar. Excellent and warm welcome from the manager, Carmen, who'd also made contact in advance - a good start. The apartment was excellent - great size, very modern equipment, decent sized bathroom, good beds, etc - and the price was good. Location is a real plus - the area is a buzz of activity and within easy reach of everything. It's also within a minute or two of a major landmark (Torres de Quart), which is a major benefit when trying to direct local taxi drivers in the Old City.

For the sake of completeness I'll mention three things but, up front, I'll stress they're manageable and are more a feature of the city, not the apartments. First of all, there is quite a lot of building and renovation work going on in the Old City. We had some right opposite us. But they never start work before 8am and so, although their work could be loud and intrusive, by that time we were either out or about to go out. Secondly, Valencia - like many southern European cities - has old drains that leave their odour trail... Leave your windows open a touch and you'll be fine! Finally, given the great location of the place you may well here the party goers late in to the night. This is only an issue if (I) you're not one of them and (ii) you're in one of the front-facing bedrooms. As I said, these three things did not spoil our stay and I would definitely go back to the same place if I returned to Valencia.

The Apartment was very modern, clean and had all amenities you could want in a apartment. Location was very central and you could walk around Valencia town very easily.

The apartment itself was beautiful, light, airy and clean - perfect for our group of 6. As soon as we arrived (and before) Carmen was extremely welcoming and helpful - pointing out key features of the apartments and places to see in Valencia - she also helped us book a tapas restaurant for the evening. I would love to visit Edificio Palomar again and would not hesitate in recommending it to friends and family.

A warm & friendly greeting. The Apartment was lovely. It was very convenient for the town & surrounding area's to visit.

My mother is disabled, therefore needed the bar rail for the toilet which it did'nt have. Otherwise nothing.

Great location. Comfortable but modern. Parking on site if prebooked at 12 euros a night.

Whilst very quiet during the day, on the night we staryed (a Friday) it was really noisy. This included some people walking past the apartments and also people returning home very late to the apartments. Managed for one night but would have got very fed up if we had been staying there a long time. We may have just been unlucky so I would still recommend but for a one night stop over not a few days.

Well appointed apartment, located in a great position for getting around the city. An easy walk to numerous bars and restaurants (which is a double edged sword - see below). Great base.

A homemade sign outside the apartments was a clue " Esto No wc"! There is currently major construction work of the building opposite, so the view from the balcony is of scaffolding and men in hard hats ( workers, not a Village People tribute act). It is in a narrow street that joins two larger roads. The acoustics are such that you can hear everything - passers-by, neighbours etc. The Spanish love to party. And party. And party.

The appartments are spacious and clean bright and airy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall I would return to the appartments and recommend to friends and family.

The beds were soft that is my only complaint really. The street where the appartments are located tend to be used as a toilet and in the hot weather did smell a bit.
