Having booked and paid for the room far in advance, I was shocked when I realized that it overlooked an inner patio(?) with an enormous, loud ventilation tube. I complained and the second room was on the groound floor, its window opening on a skylight/patio. Claustrophobic. As they charged on reservation, and the room had already been paid for I resigned to it. Breakfast - no butter, only margarine, no tomatoes or any sort of fresh or pickled vegetables. The guy at the recepcion not really nice.
we liked the well decorated, good sized room, a parking space outside in the street, easy access to the shops and restaurants, helpful staff. Plus the buffet breakfast was included in the price and had a good choice with a lot of fresh fruit. We were pleased that we chose this hotel despite much earlier reviews that were not very positive.
Nothing to dislike.
Bed Breakfast Room size
Position is fine and the staff are helpful but ... read on!
Reception needs more than one person. When s/he is on his/her mobile phone or attending to others, you just have to wait. The staff do their best but time is wasted for the guest (read 'customer'). They have that irritating hotel Internet system that means you have to log on every time.
The rooms were a good size and the breakfast was good. Situated in a quiet area, but close access to restaurants and a small grocery store.
Central convenient friendly , lovely town with plenty to see. Great place everything you need.Loved it.
Staff very friendly and obliging. We had been upgraded without asking. Dining staff also friendly and informative, food very good value.
Breakfast was a little meagre, barra type bread had gone and only white pan de molde remained ... aaaaaag. But good value again for what we paid.
poor breakfast, Margarine as butter, room poor, everything simple only minimal educated staff
Location to the local Palacio Real, ultra-convenient and free street parking right in front of hotel.
The entire hotel smelled odd, like old boiled food; rooms were OK, double bed was 2 twins (common, sure), noisy between rooms and some loud families there, very hot inside and no A/C or even fan-only to make the room more pleasant, bathroom felt unclean.
