Built in 2003, this 3 star hotel offers straightforward, modern, comfortable accommodation, well communicated with the centre of Madrid, M-40 and M-45 and 10km from IFEMA exhibition and conference centre. Metro stop just opposite from the hotel.

A conference room, dividable into 2 meeting rooms available for your business meetings, conferences, training days or banquets fully equipped with the facilities needed.

The hotel is far from the Barajas airport (about 1h30 min by metro), nevertheless le San Francisco metro station drops you right a 50 meters from it. The metro trip is extremely cheap, 2 Euros. From the hotel it is easy to travel to the city high spots with the metro and does not take time. If you travel by car, the hotel is at a very good situation because it is near the circular highway that turns around Madrid. This makes you win a lot of time.

The meals and breakfast are expensive (about 12 Euros for the breakfast). Nevertheless, there are lots of small restaurants around that area.
