Absolutely perfect. A very welcome reception from the gentlemen who appeared to be the owner. Gladly spoke excellent English with me and Spanish with my wife. Helped us get acquainted with Pamplona by offering maps, tour brochures for the province, and even offering his cell phone number for emergency situations. Very clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessities for a short stay. 25 minutes from downtown, old section of Pamplona. Far enough to escape the city life, while an easy drive and close enough for daily trips into town. Beautiful countryside setting around hotel, and wonderful small town 1km away. Excellent meals lunch and dinner, with very friendly staff. Quaint bar area and outdoor seating for drinks and snacks between meals. A perfect stay for two nights during Festival of Saint Fermin, and the people made it truly special and memorable. Really nothing that we did not like.For possible improvements, the breakfast was the European standard which translates to not much selection. There is a wonderful patio with spacious grass area which could be great place for a small pool, to help beat the summer heat.

What a lovely hotel we had a room with balcony which was spotless, but i must mention the manager he was great nothing to much trouble for him,we arrived by motorcycle on a Sunday & the place was very busy with meals but he still offered to help with our luggage & gave us a free bottle of rioja. later on my partner mentioned i had broken my mobile with wi fi so he borrowed us an I Pad which was very useful,on top of all this we went into nearest town for a meal but every where was closed so came back & manager went through menu with us in English,the meal was lovely with a nice bottle of local wine & breakfast next morning was good also. Nothing

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, as our spanish is limited.A Special thankyou to Jesus The whole atmosphere was of a relaxed spanish countryside hotel. There was a good selection of traditional local cuisine.The patio area was perfect for a cold drink, catching the evening sun. We only stayed for one night and would definately go back to stay longer. My only criticism and its a bit picky I know,but the main courses were not served with any vegetables, just meat- very tasty meat ,but it needed an accompanyment.

The staff was extreemly friendly and helpful. I have traveled quite a bit and I can say this stay was the best customer service I have ever had. As an American I am used to great service and great prices and in Europe that does not always happen. The staff at Hotel Ekai, treated us as long time friends and it made for a very memorable trip. The accomodations were wonderful. Thank you again to the staff at Hotel Ekai! There is a slight issue with location if you do not have a car, however the staff was very accomodating with helping us to arrange transportation.

Buena ubicación como base para conocer el Pirineo Navarro. El trato del personal del hotel maravilloso, siempre atento y pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tengas, en especial Chuchín, que además es un excelente asesor turístico. Los desayunos riquísimos, con platos calientes preparados al momento y zumo de naranja natural. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. No tiene ascensor, pero sólo hay dos plantas y tienen un montacargas de uso privado para subirte el equipaje.

Excelente trato por parte del personal. Habitación muy moderna, limpia y bien mantenida. Facilidad de aparcamiento. No pudimos contratar media pensión. Profusión de cartas en el restaurante que producen cierta confusión.

El personal del hotel muy amable, especialmente Chuchín que nos asesoró perfectamente en las rutas e incluso nos facilitó su móvil. Sin lugar a dudas, un trato excelente y muy familiar. El desayuno completísimo y de buenísima calidad. Ofrecían además platos calientes cocinados en el mismo momento. Zumo de naranja natural. La ubicación del hotel es buena, a unos 20 minutos de Pamplona. Indudablemente, si regresamos a Navarra volveremos a este hotel.

מלון מקסים באזור מיושב בדלילות במחוז נבארה. חדרים נקיים ונעימים. מלון מתוחזק היטב שהבר והמסעדה שלו משמשים אנשים שגרים ועובדים באזור. בעל המלון מקסים, דובר אנגלית טובה וסייע לנו באיתור מושבות העופות הדורסים. בלעדיו ספק אם היינו מגיעים למחוז חפצנו. מלון מצוין ומומלץ בחום למי שמגיע לאזור לטייל ולצפות בציפורים.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour visiter en voiture la région allant de Pamplona à Leyre. L'hôtel est rès bien situé de ce point de vue et offre un vaste parking gratuit. L'hôtel est en pleine campagne, le long d'une route,un peu en retrait tout de même, et il dispose de deux restaurants offrant des plats identiques à des prix défiant toute concurrence (€11,50). Les chambres avec balcon sont propres et spacieuses. Et l'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel (notamment pour expliquer tout ce qu'il y a à voir dans la région) sont vraiment authentiques et exceptionnels. Bien entendu, ce n'est pas le grand luxe, mais les prix sont en conséquence. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et avons été vraiment enchantés.

El trato tan amable por parte de Chuchin. Recomendable a todos los niveles. Viajabamos con nuestra hija y fue sencillamente perfecto, pero es que además, gracias a las sugerencias de Chuchin pudimos admirar y realizar más y mejores rutas de las que habiamos planeado. Todo fue perfecto.

La ubicacion muy buena para hacer diferentes y variadas excursiones. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con informacion de la zona. El hotel esta muy bien diseñado, la habitacion muy comoda , limpia y agradable, la oferta de comedor variada y de buena calidad.Buena relacion calidad -precio

Excelente relación calidad-precio gracias a la oferta relámpago de Booking. Personal muy agradable siempre dispuesto a ayudar, habitaciones sin lujos pero limpias, correcto desayuno buffet, variadísima carta en el restaurante, entorno tranquilo en una minipedanía de Aoiz. Situado estratégicamente en el centro de Navarra para visitar Pirineos, Navarra Media, Pamplona, etc. Poca accesibilidad para minusválidos y carros de bebé. Que no tengan una piscinita para el verano (tienen un hermoso jardín y espacio para ello).
