A great Hotel, very close to the beautiful Castle, and walking distance fom the Bus Station, Staff were excellent, wifi good loved my stay here. Daylight saving occurred while I was here, and had forgotton all about it, staff, who poke pretty good English let me know.

If you enter Ponferrada from the north, getting to the hotel is ever so easy: just keep on driving straight and you find it. The hotel is opposite the Castle, near lots of restaurants and bars, but far enough to be quiet at night for a good night sleep.

La situación del hotel. En pleno centro, no tuvimos que coger el coche en ningún momento. Fácil aparcamiento. No se paga. El confort de las camas. Almohadas malas. Podrían cuidarlo un poco más.

La situacion del hotel es muy buena, junto al castillo ,el casco antiguo, y el camino de santiago. Las habitaciones espaciosas, nosotros dormiamos dos adultos y dos niños en una habitacion y estabamos muy comodos.baño muy limpio. El desayuno fue lo mas flojo del hotel, mucha bolleria industrial.

Personal de recepción muy amable. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y con una limpieza exquisita. Nada de ruidos y situado en una zona muy tranquila. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Ponferrada.

A localização é excelente, vê-se o castelo e a torre da igreja iluminados à noite ! O restaurante serve um bom menu, com ótimos preços. O Hotel é alegre e claro.

Eramos peregrinos comenzando el camino de santiago, elegimos el hotel por el precio y su reputacion, nos sorprendimos, fue mucho mas de lo que esperabamos. Excelente ubicacion (muy cerca del castillo, en el centro historico), limpio, excelentes instalaciones y muy buena relacion calidad-precio. Si vuelvo a ponferrada, seguro volvere a este hotel.

La ubicacion es estupenda, estás al lado del Castillo de los Templarios y de todo el casco historico. La habitación muy amplia y super tranquila. Estuvimos comiendo en el Hotel y la verdad es que nos sorprendimos, por que de precio estaba muy bien, incluso más barato que en restaurantes del centro, y además la comida era exquisita, muy sabrosa y buenas cantidades, recomendamos el flan de castañas, que estaba increíble, y una tarta de queso con chocolate. Pues la verdad es que nos gustó todo. Es muy recomendable éste sitio.

Es un hotel nuevo, en la parte antigua pero con muy buena comunicación con la nueva y con facil salida a los pueblos de alrededor. Con parada de bus circular a la puerta. Cerca del albergue de peregrinos.

Los colchones, amplitud en la habitación, cómodo. La chica del hotel se desvivió con nosotros. Conexión a Internet muy buena. La puerta cerraba muy mal (303), bañera en vez de ducha.
