The hostel is situated just in front of the exotic and well attended garden park of the Villaviciosa municipality.

Hostal El Congreso is surrounded by traditional cider bars, where you can taste the best cider of the region.

El Congreso is the perfect budget base from which to discover beautiful Asturias, with its woods, valleys and beaches. .

Founded in the 1914, this hostel combines tradition and modernity, and is an important part of Villaviciosa and a meeting point for its people.

All rooms are equipped with bath, telephone and television. There is also a small dining room for the exclusive use of hostel guests.

Inmaculada Young couple MADRID, Spain August 3, 2011	Está muy bien situado, en la plaza del ayuntamiento, tiene una terraza que está muy bien y aunque hay sidrerías abajo no se oye mucho ruido.Para una estancia de fin de semana y economica me parece ideal. Las habitaciones son muy antigüas,tanto los muebles como la persiana que no cerraba del todo.Los armarios huelen a humedad ,pero en general la relación calidad precio me parece buena. Gema Young couple valle de turón, Spain July 16, 2011	Es muy acogedor, y el trato perfecto, la habitación que nos tocó (223) era muy amplia y las vistas daban hacia el ayuntamiento y un parquecito. íBamos mi marido y yo de escapada romantica y nos encantó a los dos, tanto su ubicación como el diseño del Hostal que a nosotros nos dió la impresión que más bien se merecería la categoría de un hotel de tres estrellas. Pablo Young couple Ourense, Spain April 27, 2011	Está situado en plena plaza del ayuntamiento Las habitaciones eran viejas, necesita una reforma. El olor a humedad era bastante considerable. Las ventanas no aislan absolutamente nada, por lo que al estar en pleno centro es imprescindible utilizar tapones para poder descansar minimamente. Las persianas estaban rotas por lo que entraba claridad a través de ellas, por no hablar de los esfuerzos realizados para conseguir bajar las persianas. No me ha gustado nada!
