Great location, very pleasant staff, very nice hotel with good facilities for everyone
Very good hotel everything on your door step. Nothing was to much trouble even when the room was not ready they gave us sell free beers and wine while we was waiting
Hotel is in an excellent location, really central for the old town and right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable, even though our beds were singles pushed together ( only sea view rooms have double beds)
Enjoyed a wonderful week on my own. My room was really nice on the 3rd floor over looking the sea.I had plenty to do with lovely old Marbella 5minutes walk away.food was good and staff very helpful.
I can't think of anything!
Location Room (exclusive room with sea-view) Cleanliness
Very hard bed Slow and unreliable wifi Chaotic breakfast buffet with lots missing during peak hour, understaffed
staff were excellent. room service was good. beds lovely and clean. rooms cleaned to a very high standard every day. hotel was well maintained to a high standard and all staff were helpful with any issues.
no sea view (will have to book that next time) breakfast was not as good as when my wife previously stayed :(
Excellent Hotel on the edge of "Old Town" and near Marbella Marina. Hotel perfect and staff excellent. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice
Everything was good. This hotel reached expectations.
The chef was a bit chatty, hence long queues. But he means well I'm sure. The lady chef the following day was more efficient. But this is meant to be a constructive criticism not a complaint. As nobody likes waiting in a queue.
Couldn't fault anything. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.Great bed, shower and breakfast. Excellent location, will stay longer next time.
Nice hotel with plenty of things to do. Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of the swimming pool. Professional staff.
Location is ideal between beach and old town. Facilities are excellent - two pools top-class gym and well-maintained gardens. Staff were extremely courteous and professional. If you're looking for a hassle-free holiday break in Marbella, this hotel is the one for you.
Our only (very minor) gripe would be that it may be time for the hotel to buy some new bath towels.
Everything about this hotel is first class. It was my first visit and I will definitely book again in the future. Staff are extremely pleasant and. helpful. Absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Just brilliant.
Very good bed, clean room, perfect sea view, nice place, garage parking.
Very slow stuff at the reception, we had been wainting for half an hour to check in and a half an hour to check out. A bad beach with rocks. Hotel is placed in front of the beach (Venus Playa as I can remember), so the view is wonderful, however if you want to swim, you should go far along the hotel's beach. Not enough electric sockets for charging devices, but this problem is quite common. Paid and overpriced garage parking.
Booking.com customer service is terrible
Comfortable rooms, great views from side & front of hotel. Located right next to the old town
Don't have a room to rear of hotel
Rooms basic for 4 stars. Breakfast could be better.
Have been to this hotel many times so know what to expect. The hotel is excellent.Good location for beach, bars, restaurants and shopping in the old part of Marbella.Excellent breakfast.Staff very courteous and friendly.Well worth the money.
Despite the hotel placing signs not to reserve sunbeds some selfish people still go out first thing in the morning to reserve their beds. Sometimes not even using them until after lunch!!
This wonderful hotel is every thing you need on a carefree holiday , comfortable ,spotlessly clean and courteous staff that attend to your every need . We are a group of mature ladies (very young at heart ) who stay here every year and it only gets better ! Can't wait to go back . !
The fact we had to leave !
1)The location- only 3-4 minutes from the sea. 2) It was generally very quiet and clean. 3)The fact that residents were not allowed to commandeer the sun beds and that there were signs to let them know that their belongings would be removed if they tried to. 4)The staff were overworked but nice. 5)Pools were clean and not ruined by massive H&S signs, as they are in some places. 6)The view from our room was beautiful and this is clearly the nicest hotel on the Marbella stretch, even if it does need every last carpet and 50% of its old furniture tossed out. And some young people, now and then.
1) We upgraded from a classic double to a sea view with extra bedding before arrival- upon arrival, no extra bedding, and only 2 of everything in the bathroom etc. Had to ring down to rectify it 2)These people do not know how to restock tea/coffee/milk. Never enough- and when we rang down to get more there was always a problem understanding English. 3)Air con vent in the ceiling had a soaked towel stuffed into it that dripped water night and day- when we alerted staff to this, they rang the next day at 10am when we were in bed. When asked to arrive at 11am instead, they never showed up for the rest of our stay. 4) Gaudy, awkward furniture. Everywhere. 5) Semi-naked pensioners. Everywhere. 6)Staff would talk loudly in the corridors and thump on the door of the neighboring room when performing a wake-up call- obviously never heard of RINGING the room instead of waking the entire corridor. 7) Simple transactions like checking in and out took AGES! 8) On the table in the foyer that had all the leaflets from local businesses, they neglected to include an Asian couple who perform the best massages ever for really cheap prices on the beach just outside the hotel. Probably because they want you to attend the Miramar Spa for 3 times the price. 9) Buffet dinner wasn't too expensive dishes weren't 'labelled' the best and my partner's salmon wasn't cooked thoroughly.
we were very happy in the hotel every thinks was very good i want to thanks Miss Vega Santmaria she was very good helping us
I like the swimming pool , the beach , the view, the breakfast, the location

Could not fault anything
We picked hotel especially for the Turkish Bath. It did not have a Turkish Bath but only a steam room !
You can't beat the location or the view from the sea front room. It was easy to access all of the sites of Marbella within walking distance. The whole hotel was very clean. We appreciated the more mature crowd and enjoyed the chance to relax in peace and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel!
Would've preferred a king bed rather than 2 twins set together.
