Excellent location for all the sites of Seville, friendly helpful staff. Nice little extra room to prepare food and free tea and coffee provided. Room was fine for price we paid.
Noisy at night with other guests coming and going, or using shared bathroom. This was our only issue.
The location of this pension could not be much better. Close to everything in the city and very close to bus/train station as well as taxi stand.
While this was a non-smoking facility there had clearly been smokers in our room prior to our stay. We even found butts of cigarettes on the window ledge. This made the small room much less enjoyable and waking to the smell was unpleasant. Many times that we returned to the pension the entire building had an odor. Sometimes it was so bad I preferred the smell of smoke. There are many options for rooms in this price range in Seville I might try another one if I were to return.
I stayed one night. Excellent budget accommodation, would use again
For the price it was superb value. Room was very clean. It's a 10 min walk to the Torre del Oro in one direction and the shopping district in another. Liked having the shared pantry.
We booked the triple room for 3 nights but when we arrived there were none available so we cramped into a double room for 1 night with no compensation.
good price close to bus terminal
noisy from another room
After booking through this website I was quite surprised to be charged an additional 4% for using the credit card I had secured the booking with. Ended up that I had enough cash to cover the bill which was required in full on day 1 . Hotel is quite basic and small. Cannot really recommend
close to the bus station and plaza des armas. 10 minute to walk to cathederal etc. nice staff. free tea and coffee and use of kitchen facilities. room basic but clean
our room was small and shower small, but not the end of the world. steep fairly narrow stairs might not suit those with mobility issues
One staff (unfortunately, i forgot her name, the taller one) was sooo helpful and very accommodating, she even lent us an electric fan to use since its non-sense to pay for aircon for 24hours since we are out most of the time; close to restaurants and the mall and plaza dela armas airport bus station and other sights.
We requested for a convenient room since we are traveling with 2 senior citizens but we were given a room at the top most floor given that they have no lift so its very inconvenient; the family room is so small, making it hard for 5 adults to move around, wifi is only at the reception/kitchen; some guests leave the kitchen dirty; language barrier front desk staff hardly understand english
The hostel is well located, the staff is very nice and the service was really good. The clothes washing service was good but it isn't for free. A wash can cost 8 or 14 euros.
Our rooms where on street level, with what seemed to be the cheapest windows on the market. We could literally hear every noise during the night. The bed was very squeaky which added to the noise levels. And what is worth than all is that you can not really use the air conditioning fro free, which meant that you can not even close the window without the room overheating.
Location, staff (Marie), little eating room.
Everything is good!
No microwave ?
Air conditioner for extra 5 Euro and wasn't worked.
For 2 small adults the room was no bigger than a closet, had to sidestep around my wife just to get to the bathroom. Not even a chair in the room to sit on.. Noise was very loud from outside and between rooms. Two nights and I slept maybe 2hours per night. It was warm in the room and we were informed we would have to pay 8 euros a night for air conditioning.....totally ridiculous ...pay them to at least have a chance to fall asleep???...never again...stay away from this place as rip off tourist seems to be the theme!!!
location perfect frendly staff
Convenient to walk around the city, relatively quiet street, right near the parking lot that was a lot cheaper when we validated ticket there. Reasonable price in the 'off' season. Very clean. Friendly staff.
The employee who received us was very nice, but took quite a long time to do the paperwork when we arrived. She then could not figure out how to swipe our credit card so we were obliged to dig into our pockets and pay cash at check in -since it all must be paid in advance. She then gave us the wrong key, which we only figured out after going up three flights of stairs with our luggage and going into the room to see that it was already occupied. This was troubling because not only was it a pain to have to go up the steps like that, but what if we weren't honest people? She just randomly gave out the key to someone's room. Also we noticed the room keys were just spread out at the window and as people were coming in they just picked up their own key without going through the concierge. This definitely did not make us feel very secure about leaving anything in the room. It all ended up fine but... There is no breakfast, though there is an uncomfortable little breakfast room, where we hung out a little in the morning to use the internet (which doesn't get up to the rooms). This room was piled with guests' bags, unsupervised, which anyone could've just taken off with. Finally, as we were in this room a worker came in and proceeded to toss the bags into another corner and loudly & unapologetically hammer at the walls right next to us, while we were clearly trying to work quietly on our computers. So... I would recommend this place as somewhere to sleep n' go, but not to spend any time or leave a lot of stuff.
It's near to the bus station and 10 minuts from city center. There is a kitchen and free coffee.
The staff was unpleasant
Great location, helpful & friendly staff. Very clean. Small room, but that was stated before booking and was not an issue. 24 hour reception was useful, as was the closeness to the bus station and airport transfer bus stop.
It is simple, but good enough if you dont need luxury. Small kitchen available and very friendly staff.
friendly and helpful staff！good location，close to the bus stop and all places of interest.
Location is perfect, within easy walking distance of all the most famous sights. Staff are friendly and multi-lingual. Airport bus stop is a five minute walk away. Excellent value for money.
Bathroom/Toilet and additional charge for room heating.
Great location to the bus stop. Less than a 5 minute walk, which was perfect for catching an early morning bus. Bathroom was clean and plenty big.
The room was small, but it was fine for the one night. The beds could have been more comfortable.
nice clean rooms nd a wonderful staff - and cose to everything
The typical Sevillan Patio of the hotel, and the location and cheap price. The flat tv in the room.
It was very noisy until 1 a.m, you can hear everything happening in the hotel + the noise from the street, absolutely no isolation. Not very good smell in the room or in bathroom.
